The apartment boasts high ceilings, timber floors, and stone finishes, creating a light-filled and generously proportioned space. The well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances is a culinary haven, while the private balcony provides a serene spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. Retreat to the comfortable bedroom with a spacious balcony and two plush Queen-sized bed for ultimate relaxation after your day of adventures.

**We kindly require a $300 security deposit as a temporary authorization hold. This amount will be released within 5-7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or lost items. Please note that any lost keys will incur a charge of $180 AUD.

Additionally, guests are required to complete the guest portal and agree to our house rules before check-in. Failure to do so may result in the inability to check-in.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment. All our units are equipped with a smart lock, enabling you to enjoy a hassle-free check-in. Upon your arrival, you will receive a unique code that can be used for your booked apartment, meaning that you can check in at exactly the time you want after 3PM. If you should arrive before our 3PM check-in time, we promise to do our best to make sure your unit is available as fast as possible.

From here, you'll have access to the Hurstbridge Line, which connects you to Melbourne's central business district in a quick and efficient manner.
