Minimum stay
Minimum 2-nights. Long weekends, public holidays, and peak periods minimum 3-nights. Christmas and Easter minimum 3-nights.

Rate
Rate is for 2 guests, extra adults or children are $25pp per night (up to 4 guests total).

Restrictions
No parties, schoolies groups, 18th, 21st, hens, bucks, or other all-male groups. No smoking.
Leave the property clean on departure, close to the way you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc).
Please respect neighbours - no parties, no music outside, no additional sound equipment (DJ, PA etc), no noise after 10pm.
Complaint calls from neighbours incurs fees and may result in eviction. After hours call outs due to avoidable incidents caused by guests incur fees.
