Fully self-contained with quality furnishings and appliances, heating and cooling, this is an amazing central base for your Peninsula getaway, Set in a quiet location with magnificent views over the 6th, 7th 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th fairways of the Legends Course and out beyond to the sand dunes of St Andrews Beach, the house comprises: four bedrooms each with ensuite; two living areas with amazing views of the golf course; kitchen with walk-in pantry and spacious deck with bbq.
This home is north-facing and designed to enjoy the views of the golf course and the surrounding natural landscape. At entry level is the garage, laundry, second, third and fourth bedrooms each with an ensuite and all with unobstructed views of the course.
Upstairs you will find the main living spaces with extensive views of The Legends Golf Course and back towards Cape Schanck and St Andrews Beach. The open-plan dining/living and kitchen areas opening to a spacious, wrap around deck for relaxing and a separate living room with gas fireplace; master bedroom with ensuite.

Accommodation Tariff: $900 per night. Check in after 1pm. Check out before 11 am (before10 am during peak period over summer).
Cleaning Fee includes linen (sheets & towels) and cleaning per stay. Additional charges may apply for excess rubbish to be removed. House rules (on display in house) are strictly adhered to in this tranquil setting- e.g. no parties allowed, car parking on site only will be explained to you before arrival.
