Step inside to find a bright open-plan living and dining area, complete with a 65” smart TV, DVD player, and a great movie selection for nights in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a dishwasher, microwave, and a Delonghi espresso pod machine (BYO pods). Two comfy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms (one with a bath) offer just the right amount of space to unwind.

Outside, enjoy a meal under the stars with a gas BBQ and outdoor seating, or let kids and pets play freely in the fully fenced yard. Year-round comfort is taken care of with dual split systems in the lounge and ducted central heating and cooling.

With respectful neighbours nearby, this home is best suited to guests seeking a peaceful, easy-going break—not a party spot, but a place to breathe, slow down, and enjoy.

This home sleeps six people across two bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen Bed (sleep 2)
Bedroom 2: 1x Double Bed and 1x Single Bunk Bed (sleep 4)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their own beach towels, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire—Guests can rent a bathroom set, including a bathmat and hand towel, for $10 per bathroom.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

You'll be able to access the property directly using the self-check-in details we'll provide. Making arrival and departure quick and easy. While we won’t be there to greet you in person, we’re always just a message away on the booking platform if you need anything. For urgent matters, we’ll also share our office contact number before your stay. We're here to make sure everything runs smoothly and you have a wonderful time.

Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called,d this could affect your bon,d and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
