Welcome to our cozy and modern 1-bedroom 1-bath, 2-storey home located in a convenient location close to Northlands Shopping Mall. Our home features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. The location is perfect for those who want to explore the city and its surroundings. You can shop to your heart's content at the nearby shopping center or take a short drive to the city centre.
Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the Northwest facing sunny courtyard. The sofa bed to sleep an additional guest (3rd) is available - linen is an additional cost.
Upstairs (1st floor) has the bedroom with Queen Bed, Study Nook and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity.
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
