Queen size bed to the rear of the house, full height wardrobe and perfect sized room for winding down at the end of a day.

BATHROOM

Bathroom with bath and separate shower, instantaneous gas hot water system. Separate toilet room.

LAUNDRY

Laundry area with cleaners sink, bench and front loader washing machine.

OUTSIDE
Relax with our comfy tree lined outdoor area, take shade from the sun in summer, or heat up at the wood burner in winter.

THE AREA
Walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants and coffee shops. At the foot hills of the scarp, this old Byford gem is cycling distance to mountain bike trails and excellent treks.

Close enough to amenities for convince, but feels like a true country escape.


This area is a granny flat that shares common walls to the owners house. It is completely independent with no shared facilities, entrances or external outdoor areas.

We are available for any issues that you may have, but will always give you the space and privacy that you need.
