Our cabin comfortably sleeps 21 people in beds and features a large great room with towering windows, an open loft area with extra beds and plenty of space to relax and play games, a large master bedroom with attached master bath, and two additional bedrooms. In addition, the cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Dish Network with all the sports channels, three TVs, and WiFi Internet.
When you book with us we will send you a detailed directions as well as access codes to enter the cabin a week before you arrive.

With the cabin sitting on 27 acres of land and the Caribou-Targhee National Forest literally right next door, there is no shortage of recreational activities and amazing places to explore.
Hiking and Mountain Biking - Literally right out the front door you will find miles of trails with some that climb to peaks overlooking the Tetons.
Archery - Just over a mile from the cabin you'll find a life size 3D archery range that's open to the public.
ATV & UTV - Check out gorgeous mountain views as you journey through 55 miles of designated trails in Trail Canyon, Wood Canyon, Diamond Creek, Slug Creek, and many more. Easy access to Trail Canyon trails which begin less than 2 miles from the cabin.
Hunting - During the designated hunting seasons, the nearby Caribou-Targhee National Forest is an ideal destination for hunters looking to score a prize elk or buck.
Fishing and Boating - Large populations of cutthroat trout, yellow perch, and rainbow trout as well as crappie, small and largemouth bass are found at the Alexander Reservoir and Blackfoot Reservoir just outside of Soda Springs.
Golf - Play right through the ruts left by the wagons on the Oregon Trail. Walk in the footsteps of the pioneers while looking out over the beautiful valley and Alexander Reservoir. The nine hole, 36 par golf course at the Oregon Trail Country Club is open to the public. Golf equipment is available for rent if you forget to bring your clubs.
Lava Hot Springs - A 35 minute drive will take you to Idaho's World Famous Hot Springs and Olympic Swimming Complex Resort. Hot pools, Diving Platforms, Water Slides and Rock Climbing Wall.
Geyser and Natural Soda Water - Soda Springs has the only captive geyser in the world. It erupts every hour on the hour and often reaches heights of 100 feet or more. The town is also home to bubbling natural carbonated water springs. Bring a cup or empty water bottle and give it taste.
Kelly Park - A 20 acre park, on the east side of Soda Springs features baseball diamonds, tennis courts, picnic facilities with a covered pavilion, disc golf course, 2 small fishing ponds for kids, playground and three miles of walking, jogging, and biking paths.
Bear Lake - Just 50 miles from the cabin is Bear Lake. Bear Lake is a large scenic lake often called "Caribbean of the Rockies" for its intense turquoise blue water. Enjoy fishing, boating, and other recreational activities.
Jackson Hole - We are located just 100 miles from Jackson Hole, where you will find endless opportunities to enjoy the outdoors.
WINTER ACTIVITIES
Cross Country Skiing & Snow Shoeing - You'll have close access to miles of groomed trails, in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest, Kelly Park, and Bailey Creek. Enjoy the snowy landscapes as you ski or snow shoe through the trails.
Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, & Sledding - Trail Canyon, Diamond Creek, and Wood Canyon are among the many close and popular areas to snowmobile, snowshoe, and sled. Snowmobile enthusiasts of all levels will enjoy the marked and groomed trails. Trail Canyon trails begin less than 2 miles from the cabin. The property at the cabin also provides some fun sledding hills for children.
Ice Fishing - Alexander Reservoir and Blackfoot Reservoir are located just outside of Soda Springs and are popular destinations for ice fishing. These reservoirs are home to large populations of cutthroat trout, yellow perch, and rainbow trout as well as crappie, small and largemouth bass.
The cabin is located up in the mountains and the traffic is minimal. There is parking right there at the cabin with a good amount of space to park 5 or more cars. There is also a lower pull -through drive that allows easy parking with trailers.
In the winter time we do recommend 4WD or AWD vehicles since we are up in the mountains and get more snow than in the valley. The roads all get plowed, but the roads can still be slick at times.
There is parking at the cabin for 4 cars. While the road to the cabin is paved, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended during winter months.
The cabin has satellite internet which limits download speeds and data usage. While sufficient for email and general web browsing, the internet will sometimes struggle to stream movies or other media.
We also have a basic rental agreement that we require our guests to sign.
