The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with all mod cons, including a large freestanding oven and the requisite coffee machine, and an enormous benchtop with 5 stools. It overlooks the dining suite that seats 8 (a highchair is available) and glass sliders open to the alfresco entertaining area. Outdoor lounges and chairs are set up to gaze at the ocean with a wine in hand. There is a BBQ sheltered from sea breezes, so you can cook up a storm.

The living room has a feature gas fire and an expansive modular sofa, smart TV and built-in bar area filled with books and games for your use. Tastefully furnished it invites relaxation. Sea breezes and ceiling fans cool the house down so no need for air conditioning.

Take the grand sweeping staircase upstairs to the 2nd lounge with TV and the bedrooms. The master is magnificent, with a vaulted ceiling and access to the huge balcony with chairs set up to appreciate the sea views from north to south. An enormous space, the master has a Queen bed and an amazing open plan bathroom with a shower and bath that might need some bubbles of the drinking kind! The second bedroom has a Queen bed and built-in robes. The third has twin singles (these 3 bedrooms all have balcony access). The third houses 3 singles beds. All bedrooms have views, ceiling fans, are generous in size, and premium linen is provided. There is a separate toilet and the modern family bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

With plenty of parking in the drive as well as a double garage, bring the boat and use the ramp down the road. This home has thought of everything!
The property is set right on the seafront, with Florida Beach providing an outstanding length of beach on your doorstep. Just stroll across with your towel or surfboard and pop back for brekkie! The house is in a quiet residential area with only local traffic. It’s a great spot for fishing on the beach or bring the boat. Head south or north for a beach walk every morning and grab a coffee from the van at Melros beach or Pyramids Café.

Florida Beach Village Shopping Centre is a short drive down the road with Coles supermarket, liquor store, chemist and petrol station. There are a sprinkling of restaurants at Dawesville including Thai and fish’n’chips or head up to the Cut where some lovely eateries have water views.

The Cut golf course is a 15 minute walk or a short drive away - we can see this business trip shaping up.

If you enjoy nature walks, there are many in the vicinity, especially on the Peel Estuary side. Wildlife abounds and there’s also a wildlife rehabilitation centre. Four wheel drinking enthusiasts might enjoy Tims Thicket Beach and there are plenty of bike trails.

With Mandurah only 20 minutes’ drive away providing a wealth of amenities, eateries and entertainment options for the children, this location is terrific for a getaway.
