The large glass windows bring the outdoors in and provide access to the beautiful coastal views. Offering 3 4 bedrooms, 4 living spaces, 3 bathrooms and a powder room, this is the perfect beach house for extended families stays.

It is an entertainer's dream with exceptional indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces, including the impressive north facing alfresco entertaining deck with gas barbecue. The upstairs lounge and viewing deck, complete with fully equipped bar and wine cooler, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy end of day cocktails whilst watching the sun go down over the sparkling waters of Port Phillip Bay.

The huge kitchen, situated between the comfortable lounge area with wood fireplace and the beautiful indoor dining space, is filled with premium appliances, marble benches and island, and integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Other features include split system heating/cooling and ceiling fans, double remote-controlled garage, second fridge and freezer for weekend soirees, and access to the pool and gym facilities as part of Delgany.
