This modern beach house has been designed to be fan-cooled with high ceilings and louvers to allow for natural breezes to cool the home. All the living areas wrap around the pool area and face north for natural light. This spacious open-planned lounge, living, dining and modern kitchen all feel like they are at one with the coastal outdoors.

Outside is a separate pavilion style media room that can be used as a teenage retreat or a children’s play zone away from the main house. (toys, Lego and games are supplied for guests).

Leading off from the living area is a 3rd bedroom/office space, with double bed. Bedroom 2 which looks onto the pool and has a queen-sized bed. A hallway leads to past the bathroom and laundry to the delightful master bedroom with and King-sized bed and its own modern ensuite and walk in robe. The master bedroom looks out on to its own private deck and is a perfect spot for a morning coffee in peace.

Children’s parks are within a minutes walk and a pristine beach is a short stroll away, along with access to Cudgen creek in the opposite direction.

Dining areas are withing walking distance and a coffee shop, Italian pizza restaurant within a 3 min walk.

The home is in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. Strictly no parties or large gatherings, and from 10pm until 7am (NSW time), we ask that guests keep noise down. This home is a no smoking property.
