Centrally located, everything and more is at your doorstep! Mauao, Mount Maunganui Beach, Pilot Bay, and Mount Maunganui village are all within a 5-minute stroll.

To create a relaxing and homely atmosphere, the light, open-plan living and dining area is furnished with comfortable chairs and couches positioned in front of a large TV. The fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials you need for your stay, including coffee pods provided for the Nespresso coffee machine.

The ground floor living space opens out to your private, fully fenced, tiled courtyard with established evergreen trees bordering the roadside, offering privacy and a sense of urban living. A modern outdoor dining table completes this space, allowing you to enjoy it all day long.

For convenience, there are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, and a separate toilet. Heading upstairs, you'll find the second bathroom with a bathtub, basin, and toilet.

On the second floor, two generously sized bedrooms await. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and its own balcony for enjoying the sea breeze. Bedroom two is furnished with a queen-sized bed and one single bed, with an additional trundler bed available for an extra guest (please request this when booking).

A washing machine is provided for your convenience. The duplex is situated on a large shared section, where guests share the backyard space with the neighboring unit, offering plenty of room for kids to explore and play.

This gem also offers ample parking spaces, with its own gated driveway and carport, providing room even for the boat and toys!

Located directly in the middle of all the incredible elements Mount Maunganui has to offer, everything you need and more is within walking distance. The Mount Hot Pools and Mauao are just 500 meters down the road, with Pilot Bay to your left and Mount Maunganui Beach to your right. A fantastic playground at Mount Drury is just 300 meters up the road, leading to the heart of Mount Maunganui's village, where boutique retail shopping, eateries, gourmet restaurants, and bars await. Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
