Family Vacation

We had a great stay in the house. It was big and spacious and had something for everyone! The kids and adults loved the 3 floors and the detached game room/apartment! It was the best of all our stays in the resort so far!

Great Thanksgiving Meetup for Family

This was our second annual Thanksgiving at Reunion resort and this property did not disappoint. The home was clean and well maintained with easy access to consciences. The pool and spa were perfect and well heated. This location included Reunion Resort access which allowed the family to enjoy the waterpark and golf. The home is also directly off the greens which was nice for views and easy walking. The manager was easy to talk to and took care of issues in the house immediately, which made our vacation most enjoyable. Lastly, the play room was an added treat for the children. While the air hockey table was a little worn, it still provided for hours of fun.

I wish it was better...

This trip marked the 10th year in a row that another family and my family have gone on a yearly trip. We picked this house because it said they could accommodate 12 people, we had 11. We had 6 adults and 5 children. Me and two other adults arrived at the house first about an hour after check-in. We toured the house then needed to bring in groceries. We found the corner of the glass table top in the dining room was cracked and broken. We looked through the binder to find a contact number and called to tell them the issue. We had all of the kids coming within the next hour and wanted the glass taken care of. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail then also sent an email. We put a towel on top to cover it in the meantime. About an hour or so later someone responded to my email and they said they would send someone the next morning. After we got settled we wanted to take a shower. No hot water. Most of us had to take cold showers throughout our stay. That is not what I call relaxing. This house was advertised to handle 12 people. But, they didn't have enough bath/beach towels or utensils for 11 people. That was the first day. We noticed the game room (which was a big selling point for us) was very warm. The ac never really cooled it down to where we wanted to spend a long length of time there, which is unfortunate. Someone from the management company showed up and taped cardboard over the broken glass since they weren't able to fix it and replace it during our stay. We m
