Belmont Towers' amenities are tough to beat featuring private garage parking with two assigned spaces, elevator for ease of access, a fitness room to make sure you get in your daily workout, a putting green to practice before heading to the course, and a fourth floor outdoor pool with sundeck. You could realistically park your car upon arrival and not have to drive anywhere during your stay as restaurants, amusements, convenience stores and shopping are all within walking distance. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Note the property carries the basic cable package only in the off season (to end of March).
Accommodating up to eight guests, bed sizes include a king in the master, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, two twins in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa, if needed, in the living room. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An automatic drip coffee maker and washer/dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
