Safety: This property is located on hillside with two balconies and stairways. Kids or elderly must be accompanied by other adults.

Noise : Please follow the local noise law or regulations. No Party or Events are allowed.
Noise may be heard when trains pass by ( approx. 100 meters away). Not suitable for people require very quiet environment.

Pest: We have conducted pest control work regularly. However, due to adjacent to forest and water, occasionally, you may see some pests.

Pets: only one pet is allow to come with you. Please DO NOT let pet stay on beds, chairs , sofa or other fabric surface. This will cause extra cleaning cost.
