Be our guest! Our home has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and can sleep up to 10 guests. Conveniently located, 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping! Easy access to Highway 74 and Interstate 40 makes getting downtown a breeze! Whether traveling with family or friends, we are sure you will love our house. On-site laundry, free WiFi, and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!

The Space:
Guest will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will be greeted into the living room. This cozy space has a sleeper sofa, two arm chairs, and a SmartTV. Through the living room is the eat-in kitchen with space to seat 4 guests. Essential cookware and dinnerware is provided!
This home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom to the right of the living room, it features a king bed. The other two bedrooms are down the hall, to the left of the living room. One of these rooms features two twin over twin bunk beds. The last bedroom is the master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The second full bathroom is found in the hall and it has a shower/tub combination.
Head out back to enjoy our large patio, fully fenced backyard, and bbq!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. The garage is not park of this rental.

The Neighborhood:
We are located in a residential area less than 5 minutes to restaurants and groceries.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
