Through the windows and the walkout balcony,You can enjoy the quiet and beauty of the lake,as well as lively moments from the Park. You will enjoy watching people preparing for the kite surfing,wind surfing,swimming, parasailing, Sunbathing, paddle kayaking or a stroll to beach and the breathtaking ,sunrise & sunset,relax conversation,happy smile...

If you also like these sports activities,this unit would be a perfect place for these activities:you don’t have to load and unload the equipment on and off from your car. You just live here,right beside the beach.

This 3-bedroom unit is located at the second floor,with a fully equipped kitchens with fridges, stoves, toaster, microwave, kettle, plates, cups, wine glasses, pots and all cooking utensils. dish soap, dish towels and sponges hand washing etc. And a spacious dining area with a large dining table as well as A large comfortable sofa is right beside the window,in which you can relax enjoy the sunshine and the view from the lake and the park.

Every bedroom has extra king-size duvet / quilt (total 3 extra)for your convinience!

The first floor unit is for the long stay residents.Please keep quiet after 10pm.Please walk at the normal pace on the second floor.please do not run on the floor with heavy step. Please keep in mind that there are someone else living downstairs.

KAYAK:
you can have the free use of kayak,but it is all your own responsibility to use it. We won't take any resposibility.we don't charge extra for it,just for your convinience.Once you use it,mean s you agree to the responsibility waiver.

BBQ:
We provide a GAS BBQ ,free of use. Please make sure you close all gas when you finish.If there is some damage due to the gas leaking,you will take the responsibility.Please use the gas according to your actual use,don't spoil or waste it,now the gas is very much expensive in European. LOL...

CAMPFIRE:
You can have the campfire on the backyard. It is very romantic to have a warm and bright campfire on the quiety backyard surrounded by the trees and near the lakeside. But for the concern of security,Please don't make fire too big,otherwise the neighbour will complain. Please put down the fire completely and leave the backyard beofre 10pm.Thanks!

Please MAKE SURE THE FIRE IS OFF when you leave,if there is damaged caused by the fire,you would have the full responsibility for this.

You can also have the fireworks on the beach at the night time,right beside the lake,in the moonlight,you would never forget this romantic moment.


For outdoor activities,you can use the Park where has more space and facilities,such as SWINGS,SLIDE,BEACHES,SHALLOW AND CLEAR WATER,PICNIC TABLES right beside the lake,covered under the tree!

A friendly note: the Picnic table in the Park is free to use,so everybody can take it. If you live in this cottage,you can have the great oppotunity to select the best location of the table in the morning,before most of the people can come.

You can use the backyard to put your equipment,such as Paddling board,kayaking,fishing rod,Kite Surfing ,Wind Surfing,snow boarding,skating,cross country ski...but you have to take care of them by yourself, we would not take sure of its safety.

Of course,you can use the garage to store the big equipment.
