I came here with 9 of my friends for a chill and relaxing spring break. We arrived and were met with a terrible experience. We were forced to stay for one night before we could leave early and try to get a refund. We booked a different place as soon as we arrived, it was that bad. Here's the list of things that went badly:
● Broken window in the dining room
● Absolutely no furniture in the front room
● Refrigerator does not work, there is no filtered or ice
● the kitchen is unfinished contained moldy dishes
● Mold found on the ceiling in the bathroom
● No beach towels, although it was listed as having 12
● Photos showed there was an outdoor shower, but there is not one
● electrical wiring hanging down in back patio
● misrepresented furniture in all rooms including missing rugs and lamps
● Misrepresented outdoor furniture in the back patio and around the pool.
● upon entering the house, the floors were not entirely cleaned we found the front bedroom and kitchen had sticky floors
● The fencing in the pool area is not as pictured appears rusted
● The light switch in the front bedroom does not work
● Alarm system does not work
● Stray cats and ducks in front yard
● no throw pillows or blankets in living room
● Advertised as having 5 bedrooms, but there is only 4 bedrooms and no office, therefore does not sleep 12 guests
● smells like sewage
● Handy man was present upon arrival
ALSO, the beds had human hair all over them as if not washed after previous guests left.
