Summary:
These are two separate, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are adjacent to each other. Each unit has its own living space and kitchen.

The Space:
LOCATION: The Palm by Roami is conveniently located directly across the street from Fort Lauderdale’s pristine beaches. This newly renovated tropical paradise boasts a contemporary design and a resort style pool surrounded by palm trees. You will experience the best Fort Lauderdale has to offer from world class dining to fine shopping and entertaining nightlife, all within walking distance.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

APARTMENT: The two separate apartment sleeps 10 guests in a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

Apartment 1
- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided.

Apartment 2
- Bedroom 3: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Queen sofa bed (Sleeps 2)* Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property has a communal laundry and a heated outdoor pool.

LAUNDRY INSTRUCTIONS:
The laundry room is not in the unit, it is located at the rear of the building on the opposite side of the parking garage. Laundry machines are now free and ready to use for our guests.

FREE PARKING: The parking area is located on the right and left sides in front of the building. Guests can park anywhere and we provide one parking space for each reservation.

TRASH DISPOSAL: 
The dumpster is located on the front right side of the building. 

WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.
