At 1,094 square feet, this spacious condo offers a board game library and gas fireplace, while each of the two bedrooms and loft have their own television and cozy spots to read or relax. Take a dip in the heated pool and relax in the indoor hot tub and sauna. Barbecue up a feast. Or just sit out on the deck overlooking the pool, and enjoy the Keystone calm.

Dropped right in the center of it all, Flying Dutchman, located in the Forest Neighborhood, is less than a mile (and a free shuttle ride minutes away) to the Keystone slopes at Mountain House Base, River Run or Keystone Village. What's more, we're just seven miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slope to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year – in June! Because if you want to ski over Memorial Day Weekend, you should be able to ski over Memorial Day Weekend.

Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
