Come home to unwind in your brand-new private hot tub, providing the ultimate retreat! Other highlights include two hanging chairs with slope views, a spacious mountain-view deck, and an inviting open floor plan. Designed with a mountain modern style, everything is brand new, including kitchen cabinets, the living room TV with soundbar, and the fireplace. All tile surfaces have radiant heating, and the rest of the condo is covered with all-new carpet for added comfort.

This condo sleeps up to 10 guests between three bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, and a queen Murphy bed. The coveted primary bedroom has a queen bed with integrated lighting for a tranquil setting. The en-suite bathroom boasts modern fixtures, a double vanity, and wall lighting. The second guest bedroom boasts a queen bed with hotel-quality linens, and the guest bathroom has a luxurious steam shower. The kid's room has four bunk beds with a TV and Xbox for entertainment. Its accompanying bathroom has a bathtub. Complimentary WiFi, a supply of firewood, and unassigned parking are provided.

Walk 0.4 miles from your door to the original Keystone base area. From here, you can visit the Keystone Ski/Ride School or catch the Peru Lift up the mountain. Travel one mile to access the main Keystone Resort base area. During warmer months, mountain bikers will appreciate being just one mile from the Keystone Bike Area. Play 18 holes at Keystone Ranch Golf Course (four miles), hike Swan Mountain (five miles), or launch a boat from the Frisco Bay Marina (11 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
