Instantly relax as you step into this stunning coastal inspired home. It truly embodies the best of Florida living. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is spread over 2000 square feet, so there is plenty of space for everyone.

The gorgeous open concept chefs kitchen has high end finishes and a huge island for everyone to gather around. The beautifully furnished living spaces are prefect to rest, relax, catch up or watch TV. There are 3 large bedrooms and the master has an ensuite. Everything has been extensively renovated with a classy coastal feels and tons of natural light. Additionally there is a sunny Florida room!

The spacious backyard has a large heated pool and a nice covered patio area for you to relax. There is great shade options for the hot Florida days.

This home is situated in a great location in Central Cocoa Beach, yet in a quiet area. You are close to the river and only 3 blocks to the beach with tons of restaurant options nearby.

Great beach vacation

This was a perfect Cocoa Beach vacation property! We loved the convenience to the beach as well as an easy 1 hour drive to all the Disney attractions. The property was extremely clean, updated, and bright. This property was clean but family friendly (our 5 yo and 3 yo loved the pool). Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect vacation home close to beach

This home is perfect! Up to date, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. The large pool is an added bonus ! Minimal mixing bowls for cooking in the kitchen and the master bed needs a metal frame. The boards only go across half the frame.

Friends getaway

Our stay here was awesome. Plenty of room for 7 friends. Pool was great! So relaxing. We would definitely return. Kelsy got back to us in a timely manner with any questions. We were close to a lot, restaurants, bars, stores, beach.

Excellent house and location!

This property was exactly what we were looking for during our stay (and more) The house was as described and the pool was a favorite of the teenagers and 4 year old! Located in a great neighborhood. I felt very comfortable running every morning. Very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping! When we return to Cocoa Beach this will definitely be where we look to stay!
