No matter what the weather is Ocean Blue reflects what our little seaside is all about, sun, surf, wildlife, playing games, and happiness. Imagine waking up to the smell of fresh coffee enjoying a cooked bbq breakfast while taking in the breathtaking views out on the deck before heading off to the beach for some boogie boarding not only in the water but down the sand dunes; surfing; swimming and looking out to the stunning beach views, surroundings and wildlife.

As soon as you open the front door you are welcomed with the warmth of the sky blue coastal feature walls showcasing 2x Queens, 1x Double, 1x Single and a large Pull-out Sofa, so inviting for just that family getaway you have in mind while being hidden enough for a relaxing stay.
There are 2 seating rooms, both with TV's, 1 combined bathroom with easy access to the laundry, separate toilet and 3 large bedrooms.

The property is fully fenced with a large deck out back for BBQ's, big backyard for cricket, bocce and whatever other games take your fancy all this to enjoy with good-company.

This home boasts comfort and space, with its large open plan rooms. It features a modern, well-appointed kitchen, split system heating and cooling as well as an indoor fireplace for those cold winter, cozy nights to make you feel comfortable all year round.
