Poplar Place by the Lake

Come and relax with the whole family at this serene cottage surrounded by nature on about a half acre with access to Sturgeon Lake.

Enjoy the many areas on the property and when you are craving a change of scenery head to the water which is a 5 minute walk away.

There is a picnic table, a front deck and sitting area, a fire pit area and a badminton-volleyball area.

The shared beach access offers a dock for swimming and relaxing along the shore with beautiful views of the lake.

The main floor offers two bedrooms.
One room has a queen bed with sliding doors and a balcony overlooking the forested backyard. The second room offers a double bed with large closets.

In the lower level there is a room with a queen bed with a large window looking out onto the yard and trees. The other room boasts a single over double bunk along with a futon for watching tv or for sleeping.

The living room offers a sectional couch along with two comfortable chairs next to fireplace and a television. The living room couch also converts in a bed.

The dining area offers a large table with 6 chairs. There are additional chairs to seat more guests. Surrounded by several windows, it is open to the kitchen area and offers a cozy feel thanks to a fireplace for those cooler nights.

The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances/cookware/utensils. Additional items include:
- Electric Kettle
- Coffee Maker
- Microwave, Stove Top, Oven
- Boiling pots, Frying Pans, Mixing Bowls
- All basic cooking/eating utensils

There are two televisions, one upstairs in the living room and the other the lower room with bunk beds. Both come equipped with apps like Netflix, Disney+, and other wifi streaming apps. (Need own account).

Several board games are also available like Monopoly, Life, etc.
There are also outdoor games such as a Giant Jenga Game, Badminton, Volleyball, Giant Connect 4 Game and Bocce Ball.

There is a canoe on the property which can be taken down to the lake for your daily enjoyment.

There is a long driveway with parking room for up to 4 cars.
