Spend your days at the beach and your evenings in this lovely 4 bedroom home just 1 mile from Lake Michigan access and beaches! Perfectly designed for vacation time, this home has the ideal layout and amenities. 2 main floor bedrooms offer king beds and full bath. Comfy living room opens to dining area and deck with additional dining table and gas grill. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and there is an additional bath on this level with washer/dryer. Lower level has 2nd family room with flat screen TV and game room with ping pong table and 2 twin daybeds. 2 additional bedrooms and full bath complete this floor.
Award winning downtown Holland is just a short drive away as well as Lake Michigan access at Holland State Park and Tunnel park.

Large backyard has deck with dining area, gas grill and green space with firepit. Bike paths lead directly to Tunnel Park and Lakeshore Macatawa and Holland State Park. Book your dates now before they are gone!

-50% refund (minus a VRBO service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

Perfect House for our End-of-Summer Getaway

The house was spacious for our large group of 2 families. It had everything we needed and more! The ping pong table and all the board games downstairs in the basement provided lots of entertainment. The kitchen and outdoor grill and firepit provided for delicious meals and lots of good memories sitting together enjoying everyone's company. The house was close to Tunnel Park and was in a great neighborhood with lots of walking trails. We definitely recommend this house and would come back again!

Well maintained and conveniently located

We had a lovely stay in the Arapahoe rental. Location was excellent, house was well stocked and equipped, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. The kids loved the ping pong table, books, and board games. Large washer and dryer and good sized, good quality pots and pans were a nice bonus. Very close to Holland State Park and Tunnel Park and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Property management was very quick to respond to and address minor issues during our stay (eg, swapping out a set of linens when we arrived). Would definitely stay here again!

Loved every minute!

House was perfect! Great location, very clean and comfortable, and the bedrooms downstairs were perfect for my daughters! The ping pong table was so fun!😁 The kitchen was well stocked, great amount of linens and beach towels, and just an all around great stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Quiet Neighborhood and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was wonderful and the neighborhood was quiet. One of the neighbors called the property manager on us because we were parked out in the street in front of their house while getting things unloaded and organized into the garage our first evening there - we thought that was a little unnecessary. Otherwise, great neighborhood and location. Plenty of space in the home and a nice layout for the group of people we had staying in the home. Wonderful back porch and patio with large outdoor dining table! Kitchen was well stocked with items to use. Great beach chairs and beach toys available to use! Home was clean upon arrival. We would recommend that whoever is in charge of property cleaning mop the kitchen floors and bathroom floors, it was apparent they hadn’t been mopped by how dirty our feet and socks got walking on the floors in the house! Overall, great place to stay and we would stay there again! Overall,
