The Space:
Welcome to Trinity House, featuring our thoughtfully laid out full-sized 1 bedroom condo with living room, kitchen, full bath, and private bedroom.
Enjoy an eat-in counter off the fully equipped kitchen, great for breakfast tacos and spending time with the family.
This 6-plex, called our Beach Retreat at Trinity House, is very well maintained and loved. It is located on the coveted East side of Padre Blvd, so your family doesn’t have to cross the busy main boulevard to get to the beach. Public beach access is available at the end of Gulf Blvd 1 block away. While this property doesn’t have a pool, the beach is just so-very close

- Quick groceries or staples at Island Market, a couple blocks away
Pet-friendly accommodations are available for up to 2 dogs for an additional fee.
Trinity House is a nice, quiet, family-oriented complex perfect for enjoying the beach. It can accommodate up to 6 people, with fun built-in bunk beds in the hallway that kids will love.
*Important Information*
There is only ONE off street parking spot with no street parking available.
We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify!
Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, & trash bags (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights, we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.
Please take note that the primary tenant must be 25 years of age or older to book and must be present at check-in. Contact us before booking if you are under 25, as additional requirements do apply.
We require an E-sign rental agreement with a photo ID after booking. This is necessary to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License and for checking in with the door code. We provide the door code at 3 pm the day of your check in. Provide your email address and a picture of your photo ID to verify your age (25 years or older). If you are under 25, please contact us first.
South Padre Island Rental License number available upon request.
