Unser Haus im "Olde Florida" Stil liegt nur 5-8 Gehminuten vom South Beach Zugang zum berühmten zuckerweißen Sandstrand von Marco Island entfernt. Dieses große Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten eines entspannenden Ferienhauses, einschließlich eines großen, neuen, beheizten Pools mit Sonnenliegen.

Es ist in der Nähe von allem, von den vielen wundervollen Restaurants in Privatbesitz, Geschäften, einem einzigartigen Kino zum Abendessen oder Bebees speziellem, hausgemachten Eiskrem-Shop im Marco Walk. Es gibt jeden Abend Musik und Unterhaltung, also gibt es viel zu tun oder Sie können nur nach Muscheln suchen und die Sonne am Strand genießen!

Von Flachbildfernsehern mit DirecTV, über gratis Internet für Ihren Laptop oder Tablet + einen kabellosen Drucker / Kopierer ist unser Haus komplett für einen wunderschönen Urlaubsort eingerichtet. Sie können Rasenboccia, Darts, unseren neuen Ping-Pong-Tisch oder Hufeisen in unserem Hinterhof spielen. Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Ebenfalls enthalten ist die gesamte Strandausrüstung mit 6 Fahrrädern, um die Insel auf ihren vielen Radwegen zu sehen. Es ist der perfekte Familienurlaub!

Unser Haus liegt im bevorzugten Süden von Marco Island, in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, fernab vom Trubel (vor allem in der Saison), aber es ist nur 5-8 Minuten zu Fuß vom schönen Zucker-Sandstrand entfernt 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu vielen Restaurants, einem Kinokino, Minigolf, Eisdiele und vielem mehr! Wie bereits erwähnt, ist dies eine sehr ruhige, familienorientierte Nachbarschaft, und daher erwarten wir von unseren Gästen Respekt gegenüber unseren wunderbaren Nachbarn. Wir haben gerade ein übergroßes Schwimmbad mit Regenschirm installiert und Familien mit Kindern werden es lieben.

Da dies unsere zweite Heimat für einige Zeit ist, können wir Ihnen einige wunderbare Tipps geben, wie Sie mit dem Boot durch die Everglades ein Boot oder Jet-Ski mieten können, um den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko und die umliegenden 10.000 unbewohnten Inseln zu erkunden. Sie können Ihr Boot ansetzen, ein privates Picknick machen und einige der vielen schönen Muscheln finden. Zu unseren schönsten Erinnerungen gehört, dass die Delfine spielerisch neben unserem Boot schwimmen.(Wir lieben das!)

Sobald Sie die Insel besuchen, werden Sie Jahr für Jahr zurückkehren wollen, wie wir es getan haben!

Backyard paradise

Owner is very helpful and responsive. Property is just as pictured, and the pool area is paradise. Loved all the yard games, bikes and beach gear provided. Easy walk (less than 10 mins) to beach. Quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. Will be returning!

More than we could have wanted!

I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay in this lovely Marco Island home. The pool and the quiet residential neighborhood stands out to us. Very clean, everything we needed for our stay. We actually hardly left. We had the pool to ourselves in a private back yard. It was so relaxing if this is what you're looking for. Our grandchildren loved the pool. The pool is large enough to do laps, so we even got our exercise. Morning bike rides were wonderful. The southern side of the island is quieter with low traffic levels making riding very safe. You should definitely come to this home if looking for a place to stay on the island. Mike was an outstanding host!!!!

Beautiful, Backyard Oasis!

On an island of wealth, this place truly is a hidden gem. The beach is only about a ten minute walk away, but you may never want to leave the back yard. Put up the tiki umbrella on the pool shelf, turn on some Buffet, make a drink and lounge the day away. The house is beautifully decorated more like a quintessential beach house. It was very clean and well kept. Mike and Linda were very easy to communicate with and we’re more than accommodating. We are very interested in booking again in the future.

Beautiful home and location.

My family and I enjoyed so much about this home. They had a fully stocked kitchen, bikes, a wagon and umbrella for beach. The pool was a favorite for our family too! They had many beach towels and pool toys. We highly recommend this property for your family. Thank you for sharing your lovely home

Outstanding

Home was perfect for our needs in an outstanding location at the south end of Marco Island. Walk to beach was about 10 minutes and very easy to make. Home owners provided all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, Mike was quick to respond when I had a question during our stay. Would highly recommend for any group looking for a relaxing stay on Marco.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay in this amazing home. I can’t say enough great things about the backyard the pool is the biggest pool we’ve had in a rental home the backyard is beautiful and very private. They have so many pool toys floats etc. We actually spent more time at the house than the beach. The beach wasn’t a far walk and our son who unfortunately was in a knee brace with crutches was easily able to walk there with us. The house was stocked with all of our needs plenty of towels they even had shampoo in the bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with all you would need to cook. We did use the grill and it worked great! They also had all the grilling utensils. Plenty of bikes and a few helmets as well. Mike was awesome answered all my questions and got back to me right away when I misplaced the key after dinner later in the evening. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great place for a family with kids

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Highlights of this property for us would be the pool (so much bigger than we expected!), the screened in porch and the bikes. Plus, there were so many extra things for us to use there like pool toys, a cart to caryy the beach towels and chairs they provided to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the people we met around the house were quite friendly too! They definitely had all the bases covered for us to have a fun and relaxing vacation on Marco Island.

A Week in Paradise!

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Mike and Linda were excellent hosts. There house was just the right fit for our family. Great location, walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The pool area was the best part. After spending the day relaxing on the beach, the pool area was the perfect oasis to spend the afternoon. Our two girls never wanted to leave the pool area. They loved it. We would return tomorrow if we could. Thanks to Mike and Linda for making our vacation a relaxing, stress free week.

Winter break

Wonderful home. The pool area is a perfect setting for lazy days and enjoying the sunshine. We used the grill almost every night. The kitchen is very clean and well stocked. We also used the bicycles to explore the neighborhood and took many walks on the beach. The owners were very gracious hosts!

Perfect holiday spot in Marco Island

We stayed here for 6 nights with our 3 children (14 year old twins and 11 year old) and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. Spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect: from the bikes to the beach chairs to the dartboard and basketball hoop. We'd been on the move for over a week before we arrived and really needed to relax and stop - this house in Marco Island was ideal. Walking distance to the shops, beach and restaurants, we will definitely rebook in the future. Many thanks Mike and Linda!

Great Location walking distance to beach

Home was a Olde style Marco Island home. Everything as described in description. Mike was there till morning of the day we arrived. Him & Linda were kind enough to leave fresh eggs & fresh produce...... We had just one problem & Mike took care of it right away. (problem did not effect our stay) Did give him some ideas that might add to the home like adding a TV to all bedrooms, but again did not effect our stay. Would rent again if home is available when I travel in the area. Can't wait for them to get the pool. Best location is on the screened deck facing back yard. We spent most of our time there when not going to beach. Thanks Mike & Linda for sharing your home.

Very comfortable Marco Island home

Our stay on Marco Island in this home was very nice, every thing you need is there including bikes and beach equipment. Location is perfect within walking distance of almost everything you could want to do, kind neighbors in area and the weather during our stay was perfect also. Only had a couple of minor inconveniences when we were there but not enough to take away a star. All in all nice house for the price and are thinking of returning next year.

Marco Island Sunshine

A sunshine yellow Florida style cottage welcomed us in Marco Island. We felt right at home in the roomy, comfortable space. The master bedroom, walkin closet and bath were large. We spent most of our time there on the massive screened in porch and ate all of our breakfasts at the table out there. Anything we needed was provided, even bikes, which I really enjoyed using. The most fantastic beach in Florida is only 3 blocks away! You can walk it, bike it or use the beach cart and chairs provided. The beach is where we spent most of our time. And you can have a lovely lunch at the Apollo Sunset Grill right near the gorgeous shaded walkway to the beach. We watched the sun set there almost every night. This home is also walking distance to movie theaters, restaurants and shops. We hope to return next year in January, as the price fit our budget too. Thank you for the wonderful vacation and many memories to get us through the rest of the winter.

Zu Gast bei Mike & Linda

We have 3 married children and 12 wonderful grandchildren that absolutely love Marco Island & the Everglades. We have so many wonderful memories from air boating thru the Everglades to jet skiing in the Gulf of Mexico and 10,000 islands! We love to rent a boat for the day, make a picnic lunch and boat to one of the many uninhabited islands or sand bars to spend the day looking for shells or watching the dolphins jump along side us while we are boating! In the evening we like to go to Quinn's on the Beach (located at the JW Marriott) and listen to the live music while watching the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Our home is in the wonderful South Beach area of Marco Island. We are so close to everything, but also not near all the traffic that comes with "the season". It's easy walking distance to the beach, shops, theater, miniature golf, sports bars & restaurants, leave you car keys on the dresser & walk or ride the bikes!
