The Space:
The townhouse features an open plan kitchen/ living/dining area with contemporary furnishings, travertine tiled flooring and ducted air-con throughout. There’s a dining table for 6 people, and glass sliding doors off the living space lead out to a private courtyard with another table for 2 people. The kitchen comes equipped with a Fisher & Paykel fridge and dishwasher as well as a gas cooktop, under-bench oven, a microwave and coffee making facilities. There are also internal laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.
The townhouse has 2 bedrooms, one with an ensuite. The main bathroom has a combined shower/bathtub with a frameless glass screen.
if you require parking, we would need to know before hand but there is secure undercover parking for one car with direct access into the property from the garage. If you do need parking, we would need to know beforehand so that we can supply you with access to the garage.
The Neighborhood:
Supermarkets, gyms, banks and other amenities you'd expect in the Adelaide CBD are all within walking distance. It's also a brief stroll to Chinatown for a great choice of Chinese and pan-asian restaurants, as well as a vibrant nightlife with various boutique bars. One is right outside your door and has the best selection of wines from the state that's famous for its wine!
Getting Around:
Buses and trams (light rail) services are an easy stroll from the apartment, with Train Station Adelaide about a 20 minute walk (or short tram ride) away. Adelaide airport is a 20 minute drive away. If you want to head to Glenelg Beach (Adelaide’s beachside playground) simply walk down Sturt St and hop on the tram which takes you straight there.

* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
