This well established, spacious apartment is perfect for families, friends or workers.
Featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, a full sized central kitchen, good sized living areas & lovely private courtyard.
There’s heating & cooling throughout, as well as a laundry & double lock up garage.
Located within easy walking distance to the Murrumbidgee River, yet close enough to still be in a good part of town for convenient location, this home is an easy choice for your stay in Wagga Wagga.
The apartment features the following:
MASTER BEDROOM
* King Size bed that can be split into 2 singles on request.
* Ensuite bathroom with shower

* King Size bed that can be split into 2 singles on request
BEDROOM 3
* 2 single beds that can be made into a King Size bed on request
MAIN BATHROOM
* Separate bath and shower
* Separate toilet
LOUNGE
* BIG comfy modular lounge with smart TV

DINING AREA
* Dining for up to 6 people
KITCHEN
* Central kitchen, fully equipped for cooking meals
* Big family sized fridge / freezer

The apartment is on the East side of the CBD. Enjoy a walk to the Murrumbidgee River and explore the walking tracks.
The home is also located close to pubs, cafes and shops.
You’re only a few minutes drive to major supermarkets and a shopping centre. There are also many major retail shopping brands, boutiques and salons just a few minutes drive away.
The Farmers Market is held every second Saturday of the month from 8am to 12pm at the Amphitheatre where you can find fresh produce from local farms. Wagga Wagga is the largest inland city in NSW and is an important urban, agricultural, military and transport hub.
It’s home to several museums and galleries, an amphitheatre, beautiful parklands, rivers and lakes and some of the most innovative sporting facilities in Australia.
It’s best to have your own transport here in Wagga Wagga as there’s lots to see and do.
