Public transport
Public transport in Glenquarry is fairly limited, however, there are a few stops on Kangaloon Road which services routes that can take you between Wollongong, Moss Vale and Bundanoon.
Ride sharing
There are taxi options in the Southern Highlands area, however, it is best to book these in advance as they may not be readily available.

Getting there
The property is approximately a 1-hour, 40-minute drive from the Sydney CBD or a 2 hour drive from Canberra.

*Check-in: After 3:00 pm
*Checkout: 10:00 am
*No parties or events
*No smoking allowed
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
ADDITIONAL RULES:
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FOURTEEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SEVEN people. No more than a maximum of TWENTY ONE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
* Pets are not be taken off the leash pass the fence down the paddock. This is a working nursery and there are resident dogs on site. Please do not allow your pets on any of the furniture
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first..
THINGS TO KNOW:
* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot and highchair, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up.
*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
*Access to the Nursery which is 223 Sproules Lane is within walking distance.
*Access to the dam is via the gate at the back of the house.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
