Introducing FIREROCK POINT, our 3 BR, 3 BA, one story home perched on a 1.5 acre lot in upscale Fountain Hills. Come for the 360° million dollar views; stay to enjoy the resort amenities that include a lagoon style pool with optional heat. The optional pool heat is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80°F.
Both elegant and comfortable, this 3400+ square foot estate is a dream come true vacation property with everything you need to feel at home. Stylish decor reflects a southwestern flavor with its desert palette and variety in texture. The floor plan is spacious and open with a cozy gathering area in the great room plus a dining area with table seating. The great room TV has cable service and Roku Internet. The fireplace is for decoration only and not usable. Large windows provide natural light and the most amazing mountain and city views. Wifi is complimentary.
The fully stocked kitchen has Keurig and drip coffee makers, an island with a pull out microwave and a wine fridge. A breakfast nook offers table seating with surround windows. Sip coffee, clink margarita glasses or play board games and enjoy magnificent views of Red Mountain and the Sonoran Desert. A Pack 'N Play is supplied; highchairs are available to rent.

A split bedroom floor plan enhances your privacy. ALL bedrooms have king beds, smart TVs for streaming your apps and ceiling fans. The spacious primary suite includes a sitting area with a pull out queen sofa bed, a desk for your remote work, a walk-in closet and en suite bath. The views are absolutely stellar from anywhere in the suite. The bath has a raised vanity with dual sinks and mirrors and a generous walk-in shower. A privacy curtain has been added to the entrance of this bathroom. The fireplace in the primary suite is not usable. A hair dryer and soap are provided.
Bedroom 2 has a desk and a door that permits direct access into Bathroom 2 which features a tub-shower combo. There is also a hallway door into Bathroom 2 for any visitors at the home. Bedroom 3 on the other side of the entrance foyer has its own en suite bath with a tub-shower combo. Street noise is possible in the front bedrooms and sound machines have been placed in each bedroom.

The well stocked laundry room has family size appliances to help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Laundry detergent is supplied. There is garage parking for one vehicle and driveway parking for two additional vehicles.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 8 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of eight (8).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home for any amount of time. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
The great room TV has both cable service and Roku Internet; all bedroom TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
