Home/Villa was extremely comfortable and modern. The few drawbacks;
- Property is busy and at times noisy. Buildings are close together and heavy population of people coming and going. Car alarms going off, loud vehicles, poor parking skills (cars parked blocking sidewalks and at times streets), speeding cars with children present. A contractor was replacing concrete and large piles of debris could be found thru out the property with open excavations in the sidewalks and roadway. There were also a number of “overfilled” roll off dumpsters on site that were unsightly and smelly. Property HOA does a poor job of maintaining the property and the contractors.
- Home could use a little extra maintenance; some of the pool furniture was in poor condition. Made a request to have furniture replaced (two chairs and chase lounges) and the management company replaced only the chase loungers.
- Pool area was dirty upon arrival, which I sweep and washed down. Could use a good power washing.
- Kitchen lacked basic spoons and forks. Not a fully stocked kitchen.
- Stove top was cracked (from previous guests) and dishwasher tipped forward when opened.
- Security gate didn’t open with parking/entry pass, which resulted in long lines to gain entry.
- Pictures of other amenities (lazy river pool, game room, Oasis recreation area) are not on the site as the photos lead you to believe, they’re available by shuttle service. There is a large water type park on site and within walking distance.
