Spread over three levels, the property features on the lower level the second living area featuring ducted air conditioning, large wall mounted Smart TV, access out to the private pool and private access to take you down the path directly to the beach. Also on this level is bedroom three which provides a Double bed, ducted air conditioning and the internal laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer and third toilet.

Up six steps and you are on the mid-level which has bedroom two providing a Queen bed, ducted air conditioning, access to a private outdoor area and the beautiful main bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and double vanity.

The top level has the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with rich timber floors, ducted air conditioning and Smart TV with free Wi-Fi and large kitchen which is a chef’s dream with complete cooking facilities including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fully integrated fridge/freezer. Plus, a Delonghi Dinamica coffee machine to make your favourite brew – don’t forget to bring your favourite pods! There is also a powder room available on this level.

Move out through the sliding doors to the outdoor dining area which includes outdoor dining where you can enjoy the lovely water views over Dutchies Beach and beautiful sea breezes.

Two steps up from the living area will take you to the main large bedroom with King bed, TV and stunning ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. Other features include a 2-car lock up garage, porta-a-cot (stored in bedroom two wardrobe) sheets and bath towels provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
