CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD POLICY
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.
All cancellations are to be received via email. Please refer to our terms and conditions for our full cancellation policy.
BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps maximum 4 people when sofa bed is included)
Bedroom1 – 1 x Queen bed
1 x double sofa bed in lounge *linen must be requested upon booking if you wish to use the sofa bed.
KITCHEN & DINING
Kitchen providing stove top, microwave and bar fridge. There is a small dining setting and comfortable lounge.
LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
Comfortable lounge seating for 2, TV, DVD player and stereo. The couch doubles as a sofa bed and can be available for extra guests upon request. **Please note this request MUST be made at the time of booking to ensure linen can be organised. If the request is made after the booking has been made it may not be possible.
WIFI is available at this property.
BATHROOM
Ensuite with small jet bath & separate walk in shower. Perfect for unwinding after a fun day of exploring the fantastic sights of Bright.
HEATING & COOLING
There are panel heaters in the lounge room and bedroom, heat lamps and heated towel rails in the bathroom and electric blankets on the bed.
There is a newly installed split system in each unit.
OUTDOORS
The units are situated on beautiful (open) grounds with the river and one of the most popular walking tracks in Bright, Canyon Walk, accessible from the backyard.
PARKING
Park the car in the provided undercover car park, and take to the area by foot.
BICYCLE CARE
For the avid cyclists, we have provided a maintenance bay with bike stand, tools, and washing products.
PET POLICY
Bright on the River Unit 3 is a pet friendly property; please note there is not a pet-secure fence around the decking area. Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions and understand your responsibilities by bringing your pets along.
