This house sits just steps from the refreshing Gulf of Mexico! No other houses are in front of it, (see drone shot). Not only is it beachfront, it is located in popular Sea Isle, located on the West end of Galveston Island!

Sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking, and you'll have a front row seat!

Enjoy the peaceful coastal décor with pops of color added for a fun vibe. Plenty of seating on the large deck for hours of beachfront enjoyment. Lounge on the spacious deck with friends and family or a good book and a nice, cool beverage.

You'll love getting cozy on the big, comfy, sofa while watching a favorite movie or simply enjoying the beautiful water view. The big dining area is a great space for gathering with friends and family while playing games or, enjoying an indoor dinner together in the cool AC, after a sunny day on the beach. There is additional seating at the kitchen island in the modern bright kitchen.

With three bedrooms and two full baths, this beachfront vacation home will sleep 8, with two sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
Beachfront Escape is close enough to town to get in as needed yet, far enough away to enjoy time away from it all.

-West End Marina and Restaurants, only 0.8 miles away. Fun!
-Seven Seas Grocery is 4.3 miles away to pick up groceries, including a full meat market, along with wine, beer, and ice.
-Nate's Westend Seafood and Steaks (a local favorite) is located next door to Seven Seas Grocery.
-Waterman's Restaurant and Marina is 7.7 miles and is a wonderful place to have a meal and a drink overlooking Galveston Bay.

Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens are approximately 16 miles down the road, and The Strand and Pleasure Pier are less than 20 miles away.
Sugar Bean Coffee and Cream is a fun coffee spot 14.5 miles away, very close to Moody Golf Course.

Relaxing and refreshed after beach getaway

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a perfect front row seat of the beach. The house was clean and had most things we needed to just relax and enjoy. Enjoyed walking the beach and enjoying the slow pace for our time there. Look forward to a future trip.

Property was perfect for our girl's getaway. Beautiful views and beach access. Property is on the smaller size but, we had enough room to spread out and enjoy our time together.

Small, but comfy

House is well kept. It’s obvious a lot of thought has been given to potential needs of guests. For instance, towels supplied are plentiful! Would recommend your party number be kept small. While the living and kitchen area is very roomy, the bedrooms, and especially the bathrooms, are extremely small. The kitchen is lacking in containers and utensils for everyday cooking like we do on a beach trip. There were no deck umbrellas as pictured to enjoy sitting on the deck. All this being said, the positives outweigh the negatives! For a small party and possibly just a quick getaway, the house and location is great.

Perfection - would give 10 stars!

My husband and I spent 5 days here to celebrate life after a two year cancer battle. We wanted an easy relaxing trip to get away, enjoy the beach and unwind. From the minute we walked up the deck stairs and saw the ocean view - tension just melted away. Walking in to the bright, CLEAN (looking and smelling) home we were so pleased. No detail was overlooked- from the jar candle, high end toiletries, fresh throw blankets, thick towels, and every pot or utensil you could need, laundry soap and dryer sheets, boogie boards —it was all there and more! The beach was almost private and so clean. There are no houses to one side and the public beach accesses are at least a block away, so you have lots of buffer from noise and traffic. We picked up take out from Nate’s and Mario’s (both excellent) and ate on the deck with a perfect view. I’m a star gazer- getting up at 5ish- you can see so many of the constellations and planets with the naked eye before watching the gorgeous sunrises. The pelicans - singles to flocks of about 25- flew over the deck multiple times a day. We brought binoculars and had so much fun watching their fishing dives and antics! We made one trip to town, ate at Gaidos and drove around looking at all the sites. A great plus was being able to do wash during the trip and coming home w clean beach towels and clothes! Vonda the host was helpful and answered questions quickly. We hope to return next summer to enjoy this perfect spot again!
