Enjoy this light and airy 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Mount beach house, just 5 minutes walk away from the white sand and blue waters of one of Mount Maunganui’s popular beaches and cafes.

Modern furnishings and amenities add to the comfort of your stay. The spacious open plan living area opens to a fully enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture and a BBQ completing the perfect indoor/outdoor flow.

The Space:
Wifi, Smart TV and Netflix (log in to your own account) is available as well as a selection of Books and Board Games for rainy days and cold nights. The heat pump/ Airconditioning in the living area and oil heaters/fans available in all the bedrooms provide year round comfort.

Mount Escape caters for our younger guests with a highchair/travel cot/baby bath and change mats available on request. Child friendly plates, cups etc and toys (both beach and indoor) and books are also available.

Mount Escape is a quiet and relaxing property and has many of the Mount highlights at its doorstep. Beaches/Blake Park/Bay Oval/Cafes/Supermarket/Playpark are all a short walk away. A few minutes drive or cycle and you are downtown the Mount.

The spacious master bedroom, with ensuite shower room, has bifold doors which open to the courtyard.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The family bathroom has a separate bath, shower, and toilet.
There is off-street parking for 2 cars in-front of the garage.

· 5 minutes walk to Tay Street Beach and Tay Street Café.
· 10 minutes walk to Blake Park/Bay Oval and New World supermarket.
· 2km to the main Mount Maunganui shops, cafes and bars.
· 3km of the Mount walking track and hot pools.
· 4Km to Bayfair shopping centre and Baywave Aquatic centre.
· 5km to ASB Stadium and Arena.

COMMERCIAL LINEN SERVICE & TOWELS (except beach towels) are included in the cleaning fee.
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property are not to be used as a venue for any celebrations or events. Due to proximity of neighbours, guest must please keep noise and music at an acceptable level not to disturb the neighbours.
GARAGE: The garage is not available for parking vehicles. There is off-street parking for 2 vehicles in-front of the garage. If you bring bicycles or watersport equipment like surfboards the garage can be used for safe storage.
That this property is equipped with a Minut security system. It is non-invasive, but does measure noise in decibels to pick up smoke alarms and noise associated with parties and gatherings. It does also detect when the wifi is off.
