Condo has the capability to be rented as a 2 bd/2bath or 1 bd/1bath. An outside hallway separates both bedrooms (separate keys per unit) with a shared washer/dryer.

The Neighborhood:
Condo is located in the CHAN complex built by TAO, inside Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort.

Walking distance to the beach, OXXO convenience store is located right outside the condo.

Akumal is famously known for it’s Turtle Sanctuary and snorkeling with the turtles! Condo is located in Riviera Maya between Playa de Carmen 20 min away and Tulum 25 miles away. So many memories to capture in this paradise oasis!

You can purchase the all inclusive pass and spend a day at the resort enjoying the pools, beach club, gym, food & drinks and so much more.

Getting Around:
We highly recommend you to rent a car if you plan to do a lot of tourism in the area.

Grocery stores are just 10/15 minutes driving distance.

Akumal town is less than a 10 minutes drive and you will find restaurants, pharmacy, small store, gas station and a doctor's office.

Playa Del Carmen and Tulum with different type of entertainment and a vibrant nightlife are just 30 minutes drive.
