Walking past the Custom Mural that welcomes you, your eyes are drawn to the wall of windows to the Sea - these Ocean Views will make your jaw drop! The wonderful Open Floor Plan suits how we vacation and spend time with family and friends. Beautifully furnished and equipped, you’ll know you made the right choice for your OCMD Vacation!

You'll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoying the Central AC, Free WiFi, and Flat Screen DirecTV TV. Sink into the comfy furnishings and listen to Mother Ocean roar - there's nothing like it! A unique feature at Atlantis 2004 is the Enclosed Balcony with amazing Views - not to mention, a safe space for the little ones. Take in absolutely breathtaking Views from the Porch - a wonderful place to begin and end every wonderful Vacation Day. Slip out with your morning coffee to watch the Pelicans fish for their morning meal or sip a glass of Pinot as the sky turns pink at the days’ end.

Atlantis 2004 sleeps 7 in comfort and style in 2 Bedrooms, and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. The Primary Bedroom is adorned in shades of Sea Glass and warm Dune Grass, and has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV (DirecTV), and beyond gorgeous Ocean Views. The Private Primary Bath is very “Tommy Bahama” and has a Tub/Shower Combo.

Down the Hall, Bedroom 2 is bright and cheerful with a Pyramid Bunk (Twin over Full), Flat Screen TV (Streaming only), and even a Work Area for catching up on a few emails or virtual learning. Full Bath 2 has beachy flooring and a Custom Walk-in Shower.

All guests are required to register with Security upon arrival and supply information requested. May 1st through September 30th there is a $50 Non-refundable registration fee and includes one parking permit.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
Sorry - Pets are NOT permitted.
There is absolutely NO Smoking or vaping permitted on property. Violations may lead to additional charges and possible eviction without refund.
