An unusual floor plan includes a living room, kitchen, large dining/TV room (the Florida room), two bedrooms - one queen, one with twin beds -, and two bathrooms with showers in the main house. About 10 feet outside the Florida room door and across the patio is
the Cottage, a separate space with the 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and bath with shower, a TV/sitting room with a mini-fridge, coffee maker and microwave, and a beautiful lanai. Think of the extended family possibilities!

This home is not shy of indoor entertainment which can provide hours of family fun! It features 3 TV's, puzzles and games, lots of books and a foosball/air hockey/ mini-pool table! A shared laundry room, a charcoal grill on the patio, and a two-car carport with plenty of additional parking are also provided, along with a beach wagon, beach chairs of several varieties, and beach toys. Dogs are welcomed with their own beds, dishes and toys. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.
