The property and location are great overall. The check-in process was awful. It was supposed to be a 4:00PM check-in, they told us that day it was going to be 5PM, which wasn't a big issue. They also had communicated to us that there would be pest control visiting on Monday - again no big deal. However, it shows they knew how to communicate with us. 5:15 rolled around and we were still waiting for check-in and parking information. We called and couldn't get anyone... we had no idea where or how to park or how to access the unit. It was very frustrating. Then finally we got information but the access code didn't work. We had to call again and finally got someone and they give us a new code. But never gave us parking information either. The space was very nice and view was great but it was in need of some TLC - just some stains here and there and some items like the locks on the sliding doors or some other stuff a handyman could fix easily. The "gym" needs a lot of work - treadmill doesn't work. Elliptical doesn't work. Only half of the cables work on the machines. The workout room itself has the HVAC unit turned off and it is very hot and humid in there. Lots of stains on the machines ... just again in need of some TLC. The pool had garbage around it and two pool chairs thrown in the pool. That got cleaned up a few days later but still... Anyway, it was spacious and very nice and would be great if they just did the little extra stuff and made the check-in easy. But at this price, you expect it to not have to make excuses for it.

It was an amazing unit, and we were impressed that the kitchen was stocked with mostly enough cook wear, spices, and dishes. It was a very beautiful unit, very well maintained and cleaned, and a very seamless process to easily access the unit. The gym and pool were a little smaller than we expected, but were fine nonetheless. The host was fairly prompt whenever we reached out like needing the ice machine fixed in the refrigerator or a larger pot so that we could cook pasta for dinner.

WOW.. just wow!

WOW.. just wow! If I could rate our stay 10 stars, I would! The Sextant stays company is very professional, friendly, helpful and caring. The check in and out process was a breeze. All in all I would 100% stay here again and will be recommending to friends !

The view was incredible from this two floor condo , there is a main balcony and another off the upstairs bedroom. The fresh ocean breeze was probably my favorite part of my stay. The communication with host was amazing, less than 10 min response time. Extremely easy check in and check out. And our stay included access to the covered garage with a parking spot. Apartment was super clean and stocked with glasses, silverware and plates. The beds were super comfy, the shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. Great location for jet skiing and boating. Gas station & store located at end of street had everything we needed for drinks/snacks/house hold supplies. All in all I would 100% stay here again and will be recommending to friends !

Not clean !

Plumbing issues, women bodily fluid on underside of the duvet, stains on towels, floor so dirty that the bottom of everyone’s feet were dirty and black, small fan did not work on downstairs room. Point of contact did not know that the gate code for the garage was the same as the lobby code. I asked for rags and towels and they said they would bring them and never did two separate times. Also said they would fix plumbing but my guest had to use a plunger. Upon leaving we discovered towels in the downstairs clothes drawer that we were not informed of when we called to ask for some. It’s like the property manager doesn’t know what is going on, on the premises. Once towels were discovered it was checkout time and those towels also had stains on them. I slept every night under a beach towel because they did not reply duvet and covers. I complained two separate times and all I was offered was a 200 dollar credit for a future stay with them. I’d rather have 200 dollars in my pocket before who wants to stay with people who do not clean and sanitize their property in this era of Covid ? This was the worst birthday weekend

Amazing Experience

Great experience overall. We rented the Penthouse in February 2020 and stayed for 3 days and had and awesome time while there. Views were amazing, house was clean and well stocked. Views were so great that we skipped our plans to go out one day and stayed in for the whole day. Had a little trouble where someone else parked in our assigned parking spot, but a quick call to property manager and situation resolved in 2 minutes. On the day of check out our 6 month old decided that 10:45 AM was a good time to nap. Not wanting to disturb her nap, I gave a call to property manager to explain and they even agreed to let us check-out once our little one was up from her nap.
