Our family beach house has a sunny filled open-plan living area flowing on to a large outdoor entertaining deck with views of Jervis Bay. The house has 5 bedrooms + a separate self-contained 1 bedroom apartment. Is a short 5 minute walk (300 meters) to the Beach with a walking/riding track into Huskisson. Conveniently across from cafes, restaurants & shops. This is the perfect spacious house and location for a family holiday.
Check with owner for pets. Special - min 2 nights Aug & 3 nights September

Featuring 6 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 have baths), an outdoor shower, 2 loungerooms, 2 kitchens, large dining table, 2 laundries (with washing machines and a spare fridge) and a large undercover parking area for 4 cars at the rear of the property (is also perfect for undercover entertainment for the kids in wet weather).
The house has a sunny outdoor entertaining area with 180 degree views of Jervis Bay and the Hinterlands. 4 of the bedrooms all have king beds which can also be separated into single beds (at an additional cost*) downstairs has 1 queen bed, a tri bunk and 3 single beds (please see note below re beds). This house and apartment is perfect for a 3-5 families, the separate apartment is perfect for a parents or teenagers retreat.
The kitchens have everything you will need to cook and entertain. They both have microwaves, coffee machines and plenty of pots, plates, cutlery and utensils. The main kitchen has a large commercial Smeg oven. We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels and have spare blankets in each wardrobe. The main loungeroom in the house has a large modular lounge which fits all guests and all sections have recliners, perfect to sit back watching your favourite family movie around the gas fireplace in winter or under the fans in summer. The house and apartment have large Smart TV’s and free unlimited WIFI. The TV’s allow you to log on to any of your accounts such as Netflix, Stan etc.

We have 2 portacots (with linen) and 3 high chairs so there is no need to bring your own (please let us know if these are required)

Cooling - there is AC in the lounge room and ceiling fans in each bedroom. The house is double brick therefore it is cool in summer and attracts a gentle breeze.
Heating - we have a brand new gas fireplace in the lounge room and reverse AC (in the house) as well as oil heaters in each bedroom.
The whole house is gated and also have another grassed gated area out the back.

Please note: There is a 5 bedroom house and a 1 bedroom apartment attached to the house which makes it 6 bedrooms. The apartment has its own loungeroom, kitchen and bathroom. The house is able to sleep 14 however 3 beds are more suitable for kids and 1 of them (trundle) is for a child only. The apartment sleeps 2 adults (or children). We also have a fold up bed available on request should you need more bedding which makes it able to sleep 17 all up 11 adults and 6 children.

This house is more suitable for families, please do not book if you are a group of adults looking to party. We have strict house rules.

Minimum stay over Christmas holidays is 7 nights with a particular day for check-in/out to make it easier for turnovers.

This beach house boasts a prime location in the heart of Vincentia, the gateway to Jervis Bay. Within 300 metres walking distance to beaches, restaurants, shops, Coles and cafes right at your doorstep enjoy all that this fantastic area has to offer. Vincentia and the neighbouring holiday town of Huskisson are the premier hubs in the Shoalhaven Coast Region on the Southern Coast of New South Wales. There are many fabulous sheltered bay beaches with spectacular views over Jervis Bay showcasing the crystal clear blue waters and the pure white sand of the area. One of the most picturesque beaches is Greenfields Beach, located in the Jervis Bay Marine Park. We are a 10 minute drive to the famous Hyams Beach, with a unique bushland setting and very white sand. You can relax on the stunning white sand, sitting in the shade of a eucalypt tree - a totally unique and wonderful experience in Jervis Bay. The closest boat ramp is less than 1km.

Vincentia is close to all amenities - pools, shops, cruises, boat hire, dive shops, Leisure Centre, restaurants, beaches, parks, cafes, supermarket and shops. There are a wide range of attractions and activities including dolphin and whale watch cruises and all water sports.
We have local surfing beaches and there is a wonderful bike/walking track along the beach should you want to cruise into Huskisson or the other direction.
We are 1km to the local golf course. There is also a fantastic Yoga studio 100 meters for any Yogi's (let me know if you're interested so I can give you details on how to book).

Vincentia is a great place to use as a base to stay and enjoy all the delights that magical Jervis Bay has to offer.

Spacious and versatile property
Our group was a large one ranging from adults to a family with young kids and our stay at this property was perfect because of the versatility of rooms/spaces and the big living room + kitchen to accommodate needs of the whole group. It’s a beautiful home, plenty stocked and we didn’t lack anything during our stay. The shops and beach access are also very close - a convenient walking distance. And with a morning view of the bay from the verandah this is brilliant location to stay in Vincentia.

Loved this huge place
It is a much bigger place then I imagined. We were a big group and it served us very well. It is literally a couple of minutes walk from coles and located close to everything especially a few beautiful spots. I would highly recommend this one especially for large groups
