The Space:
The living/sleeping area is very spacious. Relax on the sofa and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. Ready for bed? Just pull it down and the wall converts to a real, luxury queen-sized bed that sleeps 2. All have fresh linens for a better sleep.

The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided.

The dining area seats comfortably with a kitchen equipped with all the basic if you're in the mood to cook. All kitchen utensils and cookware are there.

Have your breakfast on the large balcony, overlooking JLT and prepare for your day!

This studio is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, small families of 3, and business travelers.

Guest Access:
Full access to the gym and pool. Parking is available on request.

Please note that the swimming pool is temporarily closed due to ongoing emergency maintenance work.

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more.

If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 1 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within JLT. The Damac Properties metro station is only a 7-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Economy and Tourism Department (DET).
