The Space:

The kitchen is complete with the necessary appliances you need to cook your meals. A round dining table setup for four also comes in handy.

Laze around in the comfy sofa bed or cuddle up in bed all throughout the day. Whichever you prefer, it will surely give you a restful stay. What’s more, the bed is furnished with hotel-quality linens, mattress, and pillows for your overall comfort. Likewise, the bathroom has the basic stocks ready for use, such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 8 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there.

Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.

This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 8 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus F41 and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
