Welcome to Villa Capriani - a luxury oceanfront resort on the North Carolina coast offering you to enjoy a glimpse of Italy.

This 2BD condo, owned and managed by East West Getaway vacation rental team, offers a spectacular third floor oceanfront view along with a beautiful courtyard that includes 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, an upscale on-site restaurant - serving both lunch and dinner 7 days a week.

A master bedroom is completely private while a living area opens a gorgeous 3rd floor ocean view.

Second bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds and sleeps 4.

In addition the unit has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 private bath, and flat screen TV.

Enjoy the spectacular covered furnished porch in rain or shine.

For those who prefer to stay longer, unit is equipped with a washer-dryer.

For our beloved guests we provide free password protected wireless internet (password provided upon arrival)

!!! No pets are allowed in the unit. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.

!!! Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. !!!! East West Getaway is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.

Awesome Location BAD/Deceiving Property Manager

Our family was looking forward to our annual summer getaway. Location is awesome. Property had everything within; pools and good dining place to eat and literally few steps to the beach. Condo we rented was NOT clean and property manager was not very helpful; not to mention charging us extra fees that were advertised as 'included'. LOVE the location but I would go with a different property. We even got locked out few times and had to ask for a key from the front desk. Pay little bit more and go with a 'better' condo. DO NOT rent from this condo property manager.

Nightmare

We showed up to check in and get email that reservation canceled at that moment! This was the worse vacation the worse service I called and couldn’t get another place to stay and couldn’t get immediate reimbursement so there my family if 5 is with no where to stay and no money for hotel bc this had been booked and paid for 2 months in advance. I had much higher expectations and thought if something like this would happen then vrbo would do something to make this right , but they did not!!! Very disappointed !!

Great location and set up. The on site restaurant, Splash, was incredible. Come to unplug because the WiFi does not work!

Ran down villa, unit needs updated

When we first arrived to the condo it looked okay. Lots of construction going on, all the pools and hot tubs were closed. When we got into our condo it smelled like cigarette smoke, the towels, the sheets, and the room smelled like old smoke. Our condo was not clean, the dishes were dirty, there was sand all over the floors and in the bathrooms, dirt in the corners and around the best. The sheets had sand in them. Once my husband and I had settled in and washed up we noticed the shower was cracked and leaked the whole time. The whole condo looks thrown together. Nothing matches, not clean. The restaurant in the condo is very good. It was an okay stay but unfortunately we will not book here again.

Will not stay here again!

Unit was not clean at all upon entry, sand all over floors and furniture. Balcony was not in use, huge negative when you book an oceanfront place! Then one day I wake to construction workers knocking on the door who then spent the entire day in and out working on the balcony. Poor communication from the property manager and no resolution to partial rebate request. Stated a cleaning crew would come by at my convenience, never happened. No response to rebate request. Definitely won’t stay here again.
