This vacation home is located right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country on beautiful Lake Buchanan. It is located in a quiet and gated property and provides a relaxing environment, perfect for a couple’s trip, a family reunion, a business get together or a friends get away trip.
This is a family friendly waterfront property that offers 2 other lake houses, a “3 Bed 2 Bath House (fits 10 people)” and a “3 Bed 2 Bath House (fits 8 people)”, that can be rented individually or together as a duo or trio to better serve our guests’ group size. The property also offers plenty of parking space for vehicles and boats.
This lake house is a spacious1 Bed 1 Full Bath home. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a day bed with a trundle in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. It offers a cozy living room with a couch, a chair with an ottoman, Dish Cable TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside guests can enjoy a shaded spacious porch with a gas grill (propane provided) and a charcoal grill.
The house capacity is 4 guests (adults and children) comfortably sleeping in beds. If more accommodations are needed, guests can rent one of the other lake houses on the property or pay an extra guest fee of $25 per guest per night, to bring extra kids only, no extra adult guests.
The property also offers plenty of outdoor space with shade trees, outdoor seating, hammock, picnic table, fire pit, washer toss game, an outdoor utility wagon and a 2-seater canoe with paddles and life vests. A 317 Feet lighted & covered concrete fishing pier, sandy beach, and boat tour to the waterfalls.
The lake is swimming friendly and gets deeper gradually so it is perfect for small kids.
