Neu renovierte Wohnung zwei Blocks von St. Pete Beach ist komplett für Ihren Genuss eingerichtet. Full-Size-Küche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und eingebauter Mikrowelle bieten allen Komfort von zu Hause. Hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad, bis zu 6 schlafen. Wunderschöner Poolbereich und Grill, um die Sonne zu genießen, wenn Sie nicht zum Strand laufen möchten. Wenn Sie zum Strand laufen möchten, sind es ungefähr 150 Meter ohne größere Straßen oder Kreuzungen. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants innerhalb von drei Blocks von der Wohnung entfernt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in einem 2-stöckigen, U-förmigen Gebäude mit einem beheizten Pool in der Mitte, umgeben von tropischer Landschaft. Das Gebäude besteht aus nur 19 Wohneinheiten und ist daher sehr ruhig, friedlich und gelassen. Es gibt auch Parkplätze für jede Wohnung, die groß genug ist, um zwei Fahrzeuge oder ein Fahrzeug und ein Boot zu passen.

A very well kept property. It was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the walking proximity to the Gulf, the in-ground pool at the property, and all the necessities of home. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location but a little rough around the edges

Pros - The location to the beach and restaurants/bars was perfect! Plenty of beach chairs and toys! The communication with the owner was very timely and accurate. Cons - The beds were extremely firm and tough to get a good night sleep on by all. Iron was burned and we could not use (owner made aware.) One roll of t.p. for 3 guests/4 nights should be re-evaluated.

Perfect for us

We couldn't have been happier with the location of the space. We were a short walk down to the beach, to all the popular restaurants, bars, etc and the pool space was two steps away. The apartment itself was exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our group (two couples) and had everything we needed. The beach equipment was sooo appreciated and a huge plus. We were also pleasantly shocked at how quiet it was being a condo building. We could occasionally hear others outside the main door but the bedrooms were quiet which is all we cared about. Absolutely recommend!

Exceeded our expectations!

The condo was exactly as listed and better! It was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The king size bed in the master is very comfortable. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It is steps away from both the pool and the laundry room. There are multiple bars/restaurants within walking distance. We met many wonderful people at the pool and enjoyed our stay at the Waves. We recommend it highly. We save the best for last; the owner Patricia! She was very helpful. We had a technical issue upon arrival and she helped us resolve it very timely. Her communication during our stay was outstanding and we couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you for allowing us to book your rental. We look forward to returning! Mike/Deb

Excellent Stay!

I stayed at this property with my husband, my mother and mother-in-law. All of us were very pleased with the property! The furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. There was plenty of space for the four of us to relax and hang out. The rooms were clean and spacious. The property owner was easy to communicate with and resolved the minor parking issues quickly. We are planning a return stay!

No frills at the beach

This was a four day family trip, 3 adults. A bed for everyone which was great but I wasn't thrilled with the cleanliness of the unit (lack of). No disinfecting cleaner anywhere in sight so I question if it has been disinfected at all. Pool area has a lot of smokers so we didn't love that also.

Perfect St Pete getaway

My wife and I stayed in this unit for 3 weeks in Oct and decided on staying here only through pictures Patricia provided and so many other positive reviews. We were very happy with our decision. We are very familiar with this area having vacationed many times along the strip over the years. The condo was very clean, spacious and very well maintained and close to all restaurants and bars and was a less than 10 min walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend to anyone that would like a great holiday along the strip to rent this unit. Patricia was an excellent host and was always just a text away from fixing any issues, even though we didn’t really have any. We would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay on St Pete Beach

The location is perfect. So many walking options, beach, shops, resturant, tiki huts. And if you don't want to walk there are so many transportation options, Freebee, sunrunner, trolley, uber. The property was so wonderful. After passing thru the coded gate you enter a beautiful pool oasis. The condo open to the pool area. They property is well maintained. Patricia our host was so helpful and attentive. Looking forward to our next visit.

Great Florida location

I was very comfortable in this place and it was very close to the beach. A 5 minute walk. Which if you don’t have a car could be long if you have to carry a lot of things. The complex has a decent sized pool which is clean and a great place to cool down as well. The rooms were spacious and worked well for our situation of having 4 adults and 2 young children. If I were to go back to this beach I would be trying to book this room specifically again since the owner was very responsive and accommodating!

We have stayed at this place b4 not the same condo but at the Waves 2 other time a with no issues, this place was dirty and had roaches, when I notified the owner, she was not real nice!
