Völlig einzigartig und bietet Platz für zwei ganze Familien perfekt.
Versteckt, aber doch mitten unter sie, rühmt Das Promenade Residence auf seine einzigartige Lage, hervorragende Aussicht und luxuriöse Unterkünfte. Am Anfang der Promenade Shops gelegen, ist die Promenade Residence für diejenigen ein wenig "etwas Besonderes", noch familienfreundlich als auch wollen.
Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Merimbula, neben Geschäften, Restaurants mit direktem Wasserfront.
Unterkunft umfasst vier große Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Bäder, großes Wohn-und Esszimmer, große unterhaltsame Deck, Waschküche und Garage einsperren.

Unterkunft

Vollständig selbst mit Gourmet-Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill, Gasheizung enthalten sind, drei Fernseher, DVD und Stereoanlage.
Das Haupt-QUEEN-Schlafzimmer mit herrlichem Ausblick, eigenem Bad und begehbarer Robe. Zusätzliches Queen-Schlafzimmer mit Türen zur Terrasse. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten in einem und zwei King Singles im anderen. Eine dieser Einzelzimmer bietet viel Platz für eine weitere Trage Bett und / oder Kinderbett (beides im Lieferumfang enthalten).
Insgesamt 2. 5 Bäder, die es ideal für zwei Familien, mit viel Privatsphäre zu teilen macht.
Das Haus verfügt über ein Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Babywanne viel Spielzeug und voller Film-Bibliothek.

Magical Merimbula

The view from the main living area was amazing. Comfy beds and everything was provided to ensure an enjoyable stay. We managed to park two large sedans in the parking space and the house was well laid out for an extended family like ours. If you forget your own linen Salvo's around the corner has a great range. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Meredith.

Great location

It is a great location. Furniture looks tired but I think that’s a plus for a relaxed family holiday. Outdoor area was great. View was fantastic.Location was great.Parking and getting in and out had its moments. It could do with a good clean. I did find it annoying to bring linen and make up beds but I appreciate that the cost of stay would be more expensive if they factored this into stay. I was very happy to water the plants on the deck which are lovely. I would definitely stay there again

Great Location, Lovely Accommodation

This was a wonderful location in a great place. The only problem I found was with the cook top which did not operate very well. It couldn't boil water. For those who don't cook not a problem but with those like me who do, it was an inconvenience. The oven worked well and everything else was fantastic.

Perfect accom for multiple groups!

I stayed here with my husband and bub, brother and his wife and my mum (and a dog!). The apartment was so spacious - enough room inside and out for everyone to have their own space. Such a comfy place with kids, cots, high chair and loads of toys provided plus it was pretty child friendly for bub to run around and doors between the bedrooms and lounge area so easy to section off. Location is right in the heart of merimbula, a busy area but we had parking and could walk to beaches and shops and of course easily drive in and out for day trips. Stayed over NYE and had a perfect view of the fireworks. The view in amazing right over the lake. I didn’t actually find it too noisy either, most places seemed to close by 10 so noise would die down. Would recommend and stay again!!

Best comfortable stay - Awesome

The Promenade, was lovely, not only convenient, but really comfy - lounges beds etc. Was really well set out and lots of comfy chairs to sit and read. We will be back. Elderly mum was so happy to sit and enjoy he view - while playing her tablet :), Great for the whole family and the pets

expensive but AMAZING location

We LOVED it. The stairs are steep and the landing is tight. However our wobbly 89 year old elderly father just managed up and down twice. The rest of the time the accomodation was perfect as he was happy to enjoy the views, the family and the TV (it could do with a larger TV for the lounge room). Unfortunately, it would be too expensive to extend our stay next year and include New Years. It was awesome that we could have my sisters a dog and 8 people. The views and location are the best you can have in Merimbula.

A superb week away from work

This property is unique in it's location and was fantastic in that it allowed the 2 x 14yo's with us plenty of freedom to get around on their bikes. The beach was close and the shops right there underneath us. The property itself was clean and well appointed. We had our dog with us and he was safe and secure on the enclosed deck. Loved our stay!

This place has the BEST view! You could sit there all day and never get bored. Wonderful, very well equipped accommodation. You honestly couldn't ask for better. Great living area, great kitchen, comfy beds, fabulous balcony and BBQ area. Close to all cafe's and restaurants, fishing and shopping. My only issue was the "pet friendly". Being a rooftop apartment there is actually no grassed area for the dogs to toilet. The very small garden area behind the fence is not safe as there is a 10ft drop to the ground over the edge. So having to take them down the stairs to find grass was a little annoying. It wouldn't stop me returning to this property but, I'll leave the dogs at home!

The location is perfect and the apartment has everything you need. Walking distance to Woolies and all the shops and restaurants. Also, walking distance to the whale watching marina. Do this if you're there during the migration season. It's a wonderful experience. Would recommend this place.

Enjoyable stay at Merimbula

The accommodation had expansive view of the lake. It was lovely to watch birds and sea life on the lake. In the evening the place was quiet and we had wonderful view of the moon over the lake and flickering of lights from houses in the distance. While the place looks a little dated, the living spaces were clean, comfortable and amazingly warm during the evenings. There is a large balcony for bbq or just soaking up the sun. The accommodation even has a doggy door. The accommodation provided all the necessary and reasonable amenities in the kitchen and the living space. The accommodation was in the Merimbula township and we were with walking distance to Woolworth, Aldi, cafes, lifestyles shops, and a second hand bookshop. It gave us opportunities to sample the cafes. The accommodation is 7 minutes drive to Wheelers Restaurant where we bought oysters and prawns. Good food, lovely weather, and lovely accommodation. made a most enjoyable stay at Merimbula.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Meredith's home. Lots of room for kids and grown ups, very well supplied kitchen, toys for the kids, and the adults, and the location was brilliant - we could walk everywhere we needed to get to. We would love to come stay here again.

Great location, wonderful appartment

We spent 7 nights at this lovely property, with 2 other families, all together 6 adults and 4 young children. The property is located just opposite of Merimbula lake, and the view is amazing. The house itself is fully equipped, and we had all that we needed for our stay. The owner, Meredith, is very responsive and helpful and helped us with everything we needed. We had a great time here, I would highly recommend this property.

Promenade Waterview - great location, everything you need to enjoy your holiday

The property is very spacious and in a great location - close to shops, cafes, the beach and an RSL club. There is a fabulous walk nearby on the boardwalk - and it is flat! The apartment is well equipped - BBQ on the patio, which is lovely - so we chose to self-cater for a couple of nights. Huge pantry containing everything but the kitchen sink - a bodum, egg cups, even spices. One bedroom has a sea view with en suite and walk-in-robe. We parked our car underneath the apartment in a secure garage. Great washing machine, with powder provided! But the location is the best part. The host understands what guests are looking for and does not disappoint.

Gorgeous ample sized property, well-equipped to cater for large families or group. So conveniently located within the main shopping strip and walking distance to supermarket and many different eateries. Lovely views from main living area and alfresco.

Nice large apartment well maintained close to all amenities

We stayed at this apartment for a month whilst we had a large job in the area and we found that there was lots of room for up to 8 of us during this time, there was good cooking facilities BBQ and then very close to restaurants, cafes and other take away outlets, I cant thank Meredith enough for the communication and assistance. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a stay in the center of Merimbula.

What more do you need?

Wow this has an amazing view and is very well equipped , we had 5 nights here and had a ball. Only thing missing was air conditioning , got a bit stuffy at times. Lots of opening doors and windows made it comfortable , walking distance to shops and restaurants was a real bonus , thank you
