Unsere klimatisierte Penthouse-Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer und kostenlosem WLAN befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnanlage von Puerto Marina. Es ist nach Südosten ausgerichtet und bietet Meerblick von den Juliette-Balkonen in beiden Schlafzimmern sowie von der großen Südterrasse, auf der den ganzen Tag die Sonne scheint. Es hat auch einen Panoramablick von unserer privaten Dachterrasse, die wunderschön mit Sesseln und Sonnenliegen ausgestattet ist.

Unsere Ferienwohnung ist perfekt gelegen für alle wesentlichen Zutaten eines Badeurlaubs. Alles ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß in ebenem Gelände zu erreichen und liegt in der Nähe des neuen Flughafens Murcia in Corvera, sodass kein Auto benötigt wird. Innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten erreichen Sie die Supermärkte Lidl und Mercadona sowie eine Fußgängerzone mit Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften.

Puerto Marina ist eine moderne, sichere Wohnanlage in Los Alcazares. Es ist sehr gepflegt und für Kinderwagen / Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich. Es verfügt über 3 Swimmingpools mit jeweils angrenzendem, flachem Kinderbecken und ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit. Für den Zugang durch die Außentore der Gemeinde sowie zu jedem Wohnblock ist ein Schlüssel erforderlich.

Innerhalb von 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen Sie am Ende der Parade einen wunderschönen Strandabschnitt mit feinem goldenen Sand und dem flachen, ruhigen Meerwasser der Lagune von Mar Menor. Dies soll bis zu 5 ° C wärmer sein als das Mittelmeer. Es ist für Kleinkinder ungefährlich und aufgrund seiner geringen Wassertiefe bietet es in den Sommermonaten eine breite Palette an Wassersportarten. Der Strand erstreckt sich über kilometerlange Strecken und wird flankiert von einer 4 Meilen langen Strandpromenade, an der das ganze Jahr über Radfahrer, Läufer, Spaziergänger und Spaziergänger mit Hund leben. In regelmäßigen Abständen gibt es kleine Strandbars / Cafés und Kinderspielplätze.

Unsere Wohnung ist beim Tourismusverband von Murcia registriert und unterliegt den Qualitätskontrollen ihrer Beamten. Unsere Registrierungsnummer ist VV. MU. 614-1. Dies ist seit Ende 2018 vorgeschrieben.

Lovely week in the sun

Quiet area and a short walk to lots of restaurants and good supermarkets. Very nice well equipped apartment and very clean. Good size balcony to breakfast etc and a roof terrace for sunbathing or to bbq.

Brilliant stay. Lovely apartment. Perfect location. Kitchen had everything and then some. Local team fantastic. Been to Los Alcazares lots of time. Stayed on this Urbanisation before. This was easily the best and best value for money. We would definitely go back.

Another Fab Holiday In Los Alcazares

Fab apt. Stayed at this complex numerous times, but this is definitely 1 I'll be recommending - very modern, spacious and the roof terrace and balcony are fab places 2 unwind. Ideally located for lots of lovely restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

A very nice winter stay

We stayed for 10 weeks. Couldn’t find a better located penthouse apartment for all day winter sunshine, security and access to town and all amenities. Lovely 10 minute stroll to the sea front. We enjoyed a very mild winter. The apartment is heated by warm air conditioning which, although we hardly used, warms very quickly and comfortably when we did require it. Apartment is in an excellent complex close to bars/restaurants, with a lift in the block. The twin bedroom needs better mattresses on the beds and the bathroom is outdated with a faulty shower door. The solarium had broken loungers that we couldn’t use and was baking in the mornings - the new umbrella was too heavy to install and there was no sun at all in the afternoon.

Lovely Apartment With Wonderful Views

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Steve's fantastic apartment. It is clean very well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. We ate in most of the time and conveniently there are 4 supermarkets within easy walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby too for eating out. The views from the sunny balcony and roof terrace are wonderful, looking on to the Mar Menor in the distance. The complex is very well maintained with 3 pools and lovely landscaping. We are regular visitors to Los Alcazares and are sure we will return to this lovely apartment again.

Booking process with Steve was very easy, Deborah & Rob the property managers were also very helpful. The apartment itself was as advertised well equipped and very clean, the furniture/beds were all comfortable, the WIFI had a good signal as did the TV with lots of UK channels, the balcony and roof terrace were well equipped with tables, chairs & sun loungers. The apartment is a 6/8 mins. walk to a numerous amount of restaurants & bars the beach is a further 5 mins on were you can walk for miles. Overall an excellent stay, am returning in September

Great apartment with everything you'll need.

We stayed for one week in this clean and well equipped apartment. There is a lovely sunny balcony where I ate breakfast every day. We used the roof terrace to watch the fireworks at the end of the local festival too. The apartment has a well stocked kitchen and was spotless. Kids loved the WiFi. The complex is clean and pleasant with great pools. Sunbeds can be taken down from laundry room with ease. Local area and beach are perfect for a family holiday as everything is within walking distance. Steve and Debbie were helpful throughout. We hope to book the same apartment again next year as it was perfect for us as a family of 4.

Excellent property and owner

Booked for 10 nights for our family of 4 in late July/early August. Both the owner and local property manager were really helpful before and after booking. The apartment was spotless when we arrived with everything we needed and more. Air con in whole apartment worked perfectly, more than enough plates, glasses, utensils, dishwasher, washing machine etc. I would say that this apartment is one of the best located in the complex for both sea views and the welcome breeze on the balcony. Owner clearly places a lot of value in customer experience and no hidden extra costs/onerous terms that you sometimes get with private rentals. There were three big pools which our 2 girls loved (both under 10) and plenty of space to sunbathe etc without being on top of other families. I would 100% recommend this apartment and owner based on our experience.

Relaxing, stress free and comfortable

This property is one of the best we have stayed in! From first enquiry to returning home, Steve's communication has been quick, thorough and helpful. The property itself is very clean and equipment and furniture is of excellent quality. The transfer with his agent was quick and she was extremely friendly and helpful too. We had 5 adults staying in the property and there was more than enough room for us all with plenty of seating inside and outside on the balcony and roof terrace. We have been coming to Los Alcazares for 10 years and will continue to do so, as the town and facilities have everything we need just a stroll away. We did have access to a car this year and went on a few trips up and down the coast which added to make this year's holiday fantastic. We didn't want to come home and will be definitely be booking again. Tricia, David and family, near Leeds.

Perfect

This was our 4th visit to the area and this lovely apartment has been the best for location and comfort. Everything is there right down to ice lolly moulds for my 4yr old! Plastic bowls, plates and cutlery for her too! The beds are very comfortable .....a real plus when on holiday. Free WIFI is great.and the Aircon when needed is quiet . Ceiling fans are enough to keep cool during the night. The view from the balcony is perfect for breakfast as well as a glass of Cava after dinner!!. Utility/solarium upstairs is good as keeps washing out of the apartment/balcony , brilliant for slipping away for sunbathing in peace! Pools are spotless and not too heavy with chlorine. The complex is not too busy , and more family orientated than others in the area but still quiet enough. We have booked to go back!

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 1 month from 16.02.16 to 17.03.16. It has a nice bright spacious living area and the furniture and equipment is mostly brand new. The double bedroom had a very comfortable bed (very unusual!) but as there was only 2 of us we did not use the second bedroom but these beds were also brand new and appeared just as comfortable. The roof terrace is an added bonus and again the furniture is new and the sunbeds again very comfortable to lie on (as we did for nearly every day!). The roof terrace has an amazing view of the sea and La Manga. The whole apartment was spotless upon our arrival and the complex is peaceful and very well maintained. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would gladly stay there again. The apartment is only a 5 minute walk to Bars and Restaurants, large Supermarkets and Cashpoints etc. Food in El Patio restaurant amazing closely followed by Veni Restaurant and Hemingways. We had a wonderful stay and the owner and their management team are very helpful when required. Many thanks Steve.

Fantastic Penthouse Apartment

We have stayed at this complex a few times before but this apartment is by far the best in which we've stayed. First impressions when walking in are cleanliness, well furnished and obviously looked after. The complex itself is a small secure, gated community less than 10 minutes from Murcia airport and is within a short walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants and bars; it is a family-safe environment with its own pools. The apartment is ideally located within the complex and is well furnished, has a flat-screen TV with all UK channels, excellent WiFi and mobile phone reception. It is well-equipped for a truly self-catering holiday with massive fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. However, there is a wide selection of restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. The whole apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. The balcony also has comfortable furniture and table & chairs, with good views and blinds if it gets breezy. Additionally, it has a wonderful private sun-bathing terrace on the roof with a lot of comfortable furniture and sunbeds, with a barbecue. When we next return to Los Alcazares this will be our apartment of choice.

Fabulous apartment in good location with all amenities close by

The property was beautiful and clean with all we could ask for available. The roof terrace was a bonus and its location being within a stones throw of all the supermarkets, beaches and local towns. We hired a car for our stay and were able to travel a bit further afield but this would not be required. We visited the local beaches and some further away, we walked into the Spanish Old town and visited the local produce market on Tuesday morning. There was a fair close by for evening entertainment and we even managed to see local evening entertainment - however the Spanish have a very laid back approach and most evening entertainment does not start until very, very late!! The beaches were clean and the pools within the complex were suitably available throughout the day from 08.00 -22.00, which meant a pleasing cooling off swim at around 20.00 was nice. This area of Spain has a typically Spanish feel to it - there is plenty of other appeal also. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here, would recommend to friends and family.

Lovely apartment complex, very clean and we

Very well equipped apartment, just a short walk from three supermarkets. No need for a car, restaurants a five minute walk away, with plenty of choice. Couldn't fault this apartment, transfer from airport by the property manager was good.

We are a couple with three children, living in Yorkshire, England. For many years we rented private apartments for our holidays, booked online. We finally decided we'd like to buy our own place, furnish it beautifully, and rent it out for others to enjoy. We viewed over 20 properties and this was our favourite by some distance. We have owned our apartment since February 2015 and, in the time since, have rented it to hundreds of guests with many repeat guests. Ten years on, in February 2025, we upgraded the apartment with new decoration and furniture, particularly in the lounge and kitchen areas.

We believe Puerto Marina is the best secure community in Los Alcazares. It is located perfectly, near all the main supermarkets and restaurants, and 10 minutes' walk from the four-mile stretch of beach. Why not walk along the promenade La Encarnacion for a breakfast on the sea front?

A range of further beaches along the Mar Menor and Costa Blanca South are drivable within 15-30 minutes. The town of Cartagena is 30 minutes' drive (or a bus journey) away. There is also great shopping at La Zenia Boulevard.

We believe our apartment has the best location on the best gated community in Los Alcazares. It is right on the front of the complex, with uninterrupted views to the town and the Mar Menor. It has sun on the balcony and private roof terrace throughout the day and, in the hot summer months, a gentle cooling afternoon breeze off the sea. You have immediate access to the three pools in our complex.
