Dieses komfortable Cottage mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern für 6 Personen liegt nur 6 Häuserblocks vom historischen Georgetown Square und 6 Häuserblocks von der Southwestern University entfernt. Etwa 5-7 Minuten leicht zu Fuß.

Wir bieten ein Kingsize-Bett, ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten, alle mit hochwertigen Matratzen und Bettwäsche. Wir haben auch für Ihre Bequemlichkeit eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit.

Wir haben auch ein PacknPlay für Ihr Kleinkind und einen Booster / Hochstuhl für Ihr Kleinkind.

Sie haben die komplette Nutzung des gesamten Hauses und Hofes. Der Hinterhof ist mit einem Sitz- / Essbereich und einer Feuerstelle eingezäunt.

Great location

Fabulous Cottage Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Georgetown cottage. It was warm and inviting, super clean and a very convenient walk to the square. Pam gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area and was very accommodating and communicative every step of the way.

Wonderful stay

The proximity of the square and Southwestern University was great. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the grill and the use of the garage. The home was nicely decorated and captures the feel of Georgetown.

Family time

This cottage was warm and welcoming with all we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy walking distance to the town square. The home was clean, beds and linens very comfortable, great communication from the owner, and nice living/dining area for family times together. We would stay here again, for sure!

Perfect for a Retreat

We had our staff retreat here and we were so incredibly blessed because it is exactly the place that we needed. The open concept was the perfect set-up to hold our meetings. The place is impeccably clean and the location is so ideal. The cottage is located in the heart of Georgetown and we were walking distance to restaurants, shops and all the little quaint historical "must see" places that Georgetown has to offer. Everything about this place is worth coming back to. Thank you to the owners who were the perfect hosts for us. We highly recommend it!

Girls Getaway PERFECTION

Sweet cottage with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Communication with Pam was prompt & attentive, she even left us a bottle of wine, which was excellent, for our celebration. Lovely front porch for morning coffee and a quiet back yard for an evening of relaxation. It's an easy walk to the square for shopping & restaurants. Would stay again & would recommend. Lovely cottage!

We had a great weekend staying at this cottage while in town for a wedding. The home was cute and clean, and our kids loved the big, shaded backyard. It was an easy walk into town. The owner was very communicative and helpful!

Amazing Georgetown VRBO

The Payton Cottage was great. It had all we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is very conveniently located close to the quaint town square. Our host, Pamela was very accommodating to a special circumstance we had in our group and that made our stay even better. In addition to the lovely cottage, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants that did not disappoint! We will be staying in the Payton Cottage next time We are Georgetown.

Can't get enough of this cottage

We are repeat renters of this cute cottage and we love everything about it. The location is great and close to everything we needed. Pam is so easy to work with and was very responsive and help when booking it. The beds are so comfortable and the house is more spacious than pictures show. We will be back...

Wonderful Stay

So appreciated being able to stay at one of the College Street Cotteges this past week. The beds were so comfortable and my kids loved the nearby park. Cute cottages in a great location!

Owners Pam and Al Bartschmid have been residents of Georgetown since 1983. They fell in love with the historic charm and hometown appeal and decided to raise their family and someday retire there. “We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.”, opines Pam. “Georgetown has everything we need and if we want more, Austin is a short 30 miles south.”
