Our party consisted of two married couples and one adult child. The kitchen, living room, and dining room were very spacious. The kitchen was especially nice – as large as in many homes, updated, and well equipped. Nice touches like the TV being on a swivel allowing viewing from living room, kitchen, and dining room, which was great to follow the NFL playoff games while eating. The bathrooms were mostly old but acceptable and had nice touches like plenty of places to hang towels and shelving, plus a good supply of towels. The location of the unit was great too – very short walk to Coonskin lift or bus stop with two minute ride to gondola or town on cold days. Too bad streets and sidewalks were an ice rink. Parking garage was very convenient and included ski storage lockers, and parking on street for second vehicle was close by with pass for A zone supplied by management company.
Outdoor hot tub was just steps outside of deck, and was great when it worked, but one night it had problems and was only 87 degrees – seemed like it was shorting out the circuit breaker. Left voice message for mgmt company but got no response. Also unit was advertised as being able to sleep 5, but not really. Lower BR had king bed and single fold out chair, but there wasn’t enough room to fully open chair. And chair was so old and broken down that no one would really want to sleep in it. Thought we could get by with blow up air mattress in unit, but it leaked – just throw it away and buy a new one! Carpeting in unit getting close to needing replacement, and outside unit it is way past needing replacement.
