Die Brownies im Camp District bieten großzügig Platz für 15 Personen im Innen- und Außenbereich. Die besondere Zutat ist der private Pool mit Cafétisch unter dem Pavillon. Mischen Sie in einer Nachmittagssiesta auf einem der zwei fliegenden Betten auf der Veranda und nennen Sie es einen perfekten Tag!

Das Interieur im ersten Stock dieses echten Küstengebäudes ist sowohl mit Vintage als auch mit gehobener künstlerischer Einrichtung ausgestattet. Der Unterhaltungsbereich ist in Blau, Grün und Orange gehalten und bietet ein komfortables Fernsehen. Die funktionale Küche enthält eine Insel mit fünf Plätzen. Hinter dem Esstisch für acht befindet sich der untere König, der sich zu einer hinteren Veranda öffnet.

Ziehen Sie sich im Obergeschoss in vier weitere Räume zurück, die sich alle zu abgeschirmten Veranden öffnen. Es gibt auch eine Höhle, in der eine weitere Person schläft. Die beiden Könige haben angrenzende Bäder. Der Schlafraum, das Zweibettzimmer und die Höhle teilen sich die Halle.

Camp WaterColor District ist zentral gelegen und bei Familien mit Kindern beliebt. Ihre Gruppe wird auf Brownies süß, voll mit Veranden, komfortabler und farbenfroher Einrichtung und einem privaten Pool mit Wasserfallfunktion!

Watercolor Never Disappoints

The house was as we expected. Some of the appliances could use an upgrade as well as some of the kitchen utensils but other than that the stay was great. The "pool" is small but great for a quick cool off after a day at the beach. The house comes with 5 adult size bikes which is great and is very close to the water park and Publix. There is only parking for one vehicle so be aware.

30A Florida Fun

We visited with our 2 adult sons & 3 grandsons (ages 2, 4 & 4). We read negative comments but the house fit our needs (needed 3 king beds) at a good price. The house worked well! Pool is tiny but perfect for adults to enjoy while kids napped (had heavy rain 1 day & a call to mgmt co got pool guy out quickly so it wasn't green). 2 kid rooms-one double bunks, one 2 twins then a tiny room with 1 twin-listing didn't indicate a way to close it off but had pocket doors so perfect for the 2 yr old in crib rental! Hall bath upstairs had tub for bathing kids while 2 king rooms upstairs had en-suites with showers. Master downstairs had big tub + shower with double sinks. Starter essentials helpful. A/C worked great! People complained about condition of kitchen supplies. They felt "used" but we had no problem preparing breakfast every morning & dinner a couple of times. Our issues were our feet were black each night after walking on dirty wood floors. Dishwasher nice to have but if dishes aren't thoroughly rinsed, don't come out clean. Utility room nice (no issues with clothes coming out "dirty" as others said) but pocket door broken so loud to do laundry & watch tv. Kitchen table needed a deep cleaning. No working ice maker-had to use ice trays. No Roku in living room (in 2 bedrooms). Told were 3 parking spaces but no way to park more than 2 + golf cart. Street spots nearest house always taken. Still had a great time but would be nice to have these issues addressed.

Our Stay at Brownies

We enjoyed the house but was disappointed some. The stove, washer and dryer were ancient. Stove didn’t want to light a few times, very dangerous. The washing machine put black stuff on our clothes. Very loud, very old. The kitchen stuff, Pots, utensils , etc were also outdated. Handle falling off pan, dried food on cookie sheet , yuk… we paid a lot of money to deal with this.

September 2021 Stay

This property needs significant cleaning and maintenance. The pool deck and parts of the exterior are covered in mildew, the exterior doors need painting, there are several rotted out holes in outside wood trim, the pool deck was covered in pine needles upon our arrival, the back screen door sticks and does not fully close, we found over a dozen dead palmetto bugs inside and out, there were several long hairs on the master bath floor, the living room sectional was so dirty we had to cover it with bed sheets and blankets to give us enough comfort to sit on it, all upholstry furniture is stained and filthy, and overall the home furniture was not comfortable, especially the outside porches. We just expected more for the location and price. This property really should not be rented until it and much of the upholstered furnishings are thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

The location was excellent and its proximity to Camp Watercolor was very convenient. It comfortably slept our party of 11. The pool and outdoor area were great for breaks from the beach. We had a couple minor issues with the home which were immediately taken care of by Oversee Rentals. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be back in the future.

Fun for everyone

This property was great for two families. We had kids ranging in age from 3-11 and within walking distance you’ll find a park, basketball court and a huge pool with slides and a lazy river. The property also has a small pool that was great for the kids. We are already planning our next trip!

Location location and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brownies is in a prime prime location in Watercolor with easy access to camp watercolor, groceries and a quick drive to the beach. The house had a few very minor issues and wasn't as updated as others may be but it offered all necessary items and staff were very responsive to provide needed items. We had a great time!

Recent stay

Overall we had a good experience. Especially enjoyed the outside pool area, with fireplace. Items that need attention/ two of the upstairs bathroom sinks were clogged. In the bunk bed room, ottoman had a broken leg. All kitchen appliances( except microwave) and washer/dryer were very dated and top rack of dishwasher was unstable.

Great location, big house, with nice pool and outside fireplace. We had lots of fun. The floors were dirty when we arrive. Needed to be vacuumed again and mopped. So we told the management and they sent someone to clean them. Great after that.

Not What We Expected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After having to change properties two weeks out due to the original Oversee rental we selected being sold, we were hopeful that Brownies would be comparable to the newer home we lost out on, but upon arrival we quickly realized we had made a mistake not requesting a refund. Overall the home is in serious need of maintenance and cleaning. The pool deck and eaves are covered in mildew, nothing that a couple hours of pressure washing wouldn't resolve. A home shouldn't be in a rental program if they aren't going to keep it basically maintained. Several doors need repainting, exterior rotten wood damage repaired, porch screens cleaned, the rusty fridge replaced, and all outdoor furniture cushions need to be changed out. The sectional in the living room also needs to be cleaned or the slip covers replaced. They are so dirty and stained that we had to take sheets and blankets off of unused beds and drape them over the cushions just so we'd feel comfortable enough to sit on them. We noticed several areas that had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the long hairs all over the master bathroom floor took the cake. When we were preparing to leave on our final morning, one of cleaning people (we assume) came up and tried to get into the home at 9:30AM. We technically had half an hour still to go, and there is no way she knew for sure we were actually finished packing up. They should wait until 10AM to enter any rental. Overall, when one rents a home in Watercolor and pays that premium, they should be able to expect Watercolor maintenance quality and cleanliness, but unfortunately that was not the case. The Oversee office was helpful, but I dropped the rating to four stars because upon our arrival our door code did not work and the pool was not heated as promised, both issues resolved that same day after we called. I later sent a message to Oversee asking if there is a way to keep the pool light from constantly cycling through colors, but I never received a response.

Good house and location, aged appliances

Overall, we enjoyed the stay at the house. It took a few days for the pool to heat up, but once it did, it was fantastic. That layout of the home was fantastic. We loved the pool, outdoor tv/patio, and den/kitchen. The appliances are a little aged, but the layout of the home is awesome.
